One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:
ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਵਡਾਈ ॥
man mere har kai naam vaddaaee |
O my mind, the Name of the Lord is glorious and great.
ਹਰਿ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਜਾਣਾ ਕੋਈ ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਗਤਿ ਪਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
har bin avar na jaanaa koee har kai naam mukat gat paaee |1| rahaau |
I know of none, other than the Lord; through the Lord's Name, I have attained liberation and emancipation. ||1||Pause||
ਸਬਦਿ ਭਉ ਭੰਜਨੁ ਜਮਕਾਲ ਨਿਖੰਜਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਤੀ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਈ ॥
sabad bhau bhanjan jamakaal nikhanjan har setee liv laaee |
Through the Word of the Shabad, I am lovingly attuned to the Lord, the Destroyer of fear, the Destroyer of the Messenger of Death.
ਹਰਿ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਜਾਤਾ ਸਹਜੇ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੧॥
har sukhadaataa guramukh jaataa sahaje rahiaa samaaee |1|
As Gurmukh, I have realized the Lord, the Giver of peace; I remain intuitively absorbed in Him. ||1||
ਭਗਤਾਂ ਕਾ ਭੋਜਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਪੈਨੑਣੁ ਭਗਤਿ ਬਡਾਈ ॥
bhagataan kaa bhojan har naam niranjan painan bhagat baddaaee |
The Immaculate Name of the Lord is the food of His devotees; they wear the glory of devotional worship.
ਨਿਜ ਘਰਿ ਵਾਸਾ ਸਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਵਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਿ ਸੋਭਾ ਪਾਈ ॥੨॥
nij ghar vaasaa sadaa har sevan har dar sobhaa paaee |2|
They abide in the home of their inner beings, and they serve the Lord forever; they are honored in the Court of the Lord. ||2||
ਮਨਮੁਖ ਬੁਧਿ ਕਾਚੀ ਮਨੂਆ ਡੋਲੈ ਅਕਥੁ ਨ ਕਥੈ ਕਹਾਨੀ ॥
manamukh budh kaachee manooaa ddolai akath na kathai kahaanee |
The intellect of the self-willed manmukh is false; his mind wavers and wobbles, and he cannot speak the Unspoken Speech.
ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਵਸਿਆ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਾਚੀ ਬਾਨੀ ॥੩॥
guramat nihachal har man vasiaa amrit saachee baanee |3|
Following the Guru's Teachings, the Eternal Unchanging Lord abides within the mind; the True Word of His Bani is Ambrosial Nectar. ||3||
ਮਨ ਕੇ ਤਰੰਗ ਸਬਦਿ ਨਿਵਾਰੇ ਰਸਨਾ ਸਹਜਿ ਸੁਭਾਈ ॥
man ke tarang sabad nivaare rasanaa sehaj subhaaee |
The Shabad calms the turbulent waves of the mind; the tongue is intuively imbued with peace.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਹੀਐ ਸਦ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਜਿਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਤੀ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਈ ॥੪॥
satigur mil raheeai sad apune jin har setee liv laaee |4|
So remain united forever with your True Guru, who is lovingly attuned to the Lord. ||4||
ਮਨੁ ਸਬਦਿ ਮਰੈ ਤਾ ਮੁਕਤੋ ਹੋਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਚਰਣੀ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਈ ॥
man sabad marai taa mukato hovai har charanee chit laaee |
If the mortal dies in the Shabad, then he is liberated; he focuses his consciousness on the Lord's Feet.
ਹਰਿ ਸਰੁ ਸਾਗਰੁ ਸਦਾ ਜਲੁ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਨਾਵੈ ਸਹਜਿ ਸੁਭਾਈ ॥੫॥
har sar saagar sadaa jal niramal naavai sehaj subhaaee |5|
The Lord is an Ocean; His Water is Forever Pure. Whoever bathes in it is intuitively imbued with peace. ||5||
ਸਬਦੁ ਵੀਚਾਰਿ ਸਦਾ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤੇ ਹਉਮੈ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਮਾਰੀ ॥
sabad veechaar sadaa rang raate haumai trisanaa maaree |
Those who contemplate the Shabad are forever imbued with His Love; their egotism and desires are subdued.
ਅੰਤਰਿ ਨਿਹਕੇਵਲੁ ਹਰਿ ਰਵਿਆ ਸਭੁ ਆਤਮ ਰਾਮੁ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥੬॥
antar nihakeval har raviaa sabh aatam raam muraaree |6|
The Pure, Unattached Lord permeates their inner beings; the Lord, the Supreme Soul, is pervading all. ||6||
ਸੇਵਕ ਸੇਵਿ ਰਹੇ ਸਚਿ ਰਾਤੇ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੈ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਣੇ ॥
sevak sev rahe sach raate jo terai man bhaane |
Your humble servants serve You, O Lord; those who are imbued with the Truth are pleasing to Your Mind.
ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਮਹਲੁ ਨ ਪਾਵੈ ਜਗਿ ਝੂਠੀ ਗੁਣ ਅਵਗਣ ਨ ਪਛਾਣੇ ॥੭॥
dubidhaa mehal na paavai jag jhootthee gun avagan na pachhaane |7|
Those who are involved in duality do not find the Mansion of the Lord's Presence; caught in the false nature of the world, they do not discriminate between merits and demerits. ||7||
ਆਪੇ ਮੇਲਿ ਲਏ ਅਕਥੁ ਕਥੀਐ ਸਚੁ ਸਬਦੁ ਸਚੁ ਬਾਣੀ ॥
aape mel le akath katheeai sach sabad sach baanee |
When the Lord merges us into Himself, we speak the Unspoken Speech; True is the Shabad, and True is the Word of His Bani.
ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਚੇ ਸਚਿ ਸਮਾਣੇ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਖਾਣੀ ॥੮॥੧॥
naanak saache sach samaane har kaa naam vakhaanee |8|1|
O Nanak, the true people are absorbed in the Truth; they chant the Name of the Lord. ||8||1||

Saarang, Third Mehl:
ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਤਿ ਮੀਠਾ ॥
man mere har kaa naam at meetthaa |
O my mind, the Name of the Lord is supremely sweet.
ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕੇ ਕਿਲਵਿਖ ਭਉ ਭੰਜਨ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਏਕੋ ਡੀਠਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
janam janam ke kilavikh bhau bhanjan guramukh eko ddeetthaa |1| rahaau |
It is the Destroyer of the sins, the guilt and fears of countless incarnations; the Gurmukh sees the One Lord. ||1||Pause||
ਕੋਟਿ ਕੋਟੰਤਰ ਕੇ ਪਾਪ ਬਿਨਾਸਨ ਹਰਿ ਸਾਚਾ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਇਆ ॥
kott kottantar ke paap binaasan har saachaa man bhaaeaa |
Millions upon millions of sins are erased, when the mind comes to love the True Lord.
ਹਰਿ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਸੂਝੈ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਏਕੁ ਬੁਝਾਇਆ ॥੧॥
har bin avar na soojhai doojaa satigur ek bujhaaeaa |1|
I do not know any other, except the Lord; the True Guru has revealed the One Lord to me. ||1||
ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਜਿਨ ਘਟਿ ਵਸਿਆ ਸਹਜੇ ਰਹੇ ਸਮਾਈ ॥
prem padaarath jin ghatt vasiaa sahaje rahe samaaee |
Those whose hearts are filled with the wealth of the Lord's Love, remain intuitively absorbed in Him.
ਸਬਦਿ ਰਤੇ ਸੇ ਰੰਗਿ ਚਲੂਲੇ ਰਾਤੇ ਸਹਜਿ ਸੁਭਾਈ ॥੨॥
sabad rate se rang chaloole raate sehaj subhaaee |2|
Imbued with the Shabad, they are dyed in the deep crimson color of His Love. They are imbued with the Lord's celestial peace and poise. ||2||
ਰਸਨਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਵੀਚਾਰਿ ਰਸਿ ਰਾਤੀ ਲਾਲ ਭਈ ਰੰਗੁ ਲਾਈ ॥
rasanaa sabad veechaar ras raatee laal bhee rang laaee |
Contemplating the Shabad, the tongue is imbued with joy; embracing His Love, it is dyed a deep crimson.
ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਹਕੇਵਲੁ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਮਨੁ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿਆ ਸਾਂਤਿ ਆਈ ॥੩॥
raam naam nihakeval jaaniaa man tripatiaa saant aaee |3|
I have come to know the Name of the Pure Detached Lord; my mind is satisfied and comforted. ||3||
ਪੰਡਿਤ ਪੜੑਿ ਪੜੑਿ ਮੋਨੀ ਸਭਿ ਥਾਕੇ ਭ੍ਰਮਿ ਭੇਖ ਥਕੇ ਭੇਖਧਾਰੀ ॥
panddit parra parra monee sabh thaake bhram bhekh thake bhekhadhaaree |
The Pandits, the religious scholars, read and study, and all the silent sages have grown weary; they have grown weary of wearing their religious robes and wandering all around.
ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦਿ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸਾਚੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਵੀਚਾਰੀ ॥੪॥
gur parasaad niranjan paaeaa saachai sabad veechaaree |4|
By Guru's Grace, I have found the Immaculate Lord; I contemplate the True Word of the Shabad. ||4||
ਆਵਾ ਗਉਣੁ ਨਿਵਾਰਿ ਸਚਿ ਰਾਤੇ ਸਾਚ ਸਬਦੁ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਇਆ ॥
aavaa gaun nivaar sach raate saach sabad man bhaaeaa |
My coming and going in reincarnation is ended, and I am imbued with Truth; the True Word of the Shabad is pleasing to my mind.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਿ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਈਐ ਜਿਨਿ ਵਿਚਹੁ ਆਪੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥੫॥
satigur sev sadaa sukh paaeeai jin vichahu aap gavaaeaa |5|
Serving the True Guru, eternal peace is found, and self-conceit is eliminated from within. ||5||
ਸਾਚੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਹਜ ਧੁਨਿ ਉਪਜੈ ਮਨਿ ਸਾਚੈ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਈ ॥
saachai sabad sehaj dhun upajai man saachai liv laaee |
Through the True Word of the Shabad, the celestial melody wells up, and the mind is lovingly focused on the True Lord.
ਅਗਮ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਈ ॥੬॥
agam agochar naam niranjan guramukh man vasaaee |6|
The Immaculate Naam, the Name of the Inaccessible and Unfathomable Lord, abides in the mind of the Gurmukh. ||6||
ਏਕਸ ਮਹਿ ਸਭੁ ਜਗਤੋ ਵਰਤੈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਏਕੁ ਪਛਾਣੈ ॥
ekas meh sabh jagato varatai viralaa ek pachhaanai |
The whole world is contained in the One Lord. How rare are those who understand the One Lord.
ਸਬਦਿ ਮਰੈ ਤਾ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਸੂਝੈ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਏਕੋ ਜਾਣੈ ॥੭॥
sabad marai taa sabh kichh soojhai anadin eko jaanai |7|
One who dies in the Shabad comes to know everything; night and day, he realizes the One Lord. ||7||
ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਨਦਰਿ ਕਰੇ ਸੋਈ ਜਨੁ ਬੂਝੈ ਹੋਰੁ ਕਹਣਾ ਕਥਨੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥
jis no nadar kare soee jan boojhai hor kahanaa kathan na jaaee |
That humble being, upon whom the Lord casts His Glance of Grace, understands. Nothing else can be said.
ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮਿ ਰਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਬੈਰਾਗੀ ਏਕ ਸਬਦਿ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਈ ॥੮॥੨॥
naanak naam rate sadaa bairaagee ek sabad liv laaee |8|2|
O Nanak, those who are imbued with the Naam are forever detached from the world; they are lovingly attuned to the One Word of the Shabad. ||8||2||

ਜਾ ਸਮ ਰੂਪ ਨ ਦੂਸਰ ਦੀਨਾ ॥
jaa sam roop na doosar deenaa |
ਆਯੋ ਪੁਰਖ ਏਕ ਤਬ ਬਨੋ ॥

ਰਾਨੀ ਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰਿ ਥੋ ਘਨੋ ॥੨॥

jab abalaa tih roop nihaaraa |
ਮਦਨ ਬਾਨ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਤਨ ਮਾਰਾ ॥
madan baan taa ke tan maaraa |
ਰੀਝਿ ਰਹੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਿ ਮਨ ਮਾਹੀ ॥
reejh rahee sundar man maahee |
ਘਰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੀ ਕਛੁ ਸੁਧਿ ਨਾਹੀ ॥੩॥

ਪਠੈ ਹਿਤੂ ਇਕ ਤਾਹਿ ਬੁਲਾਵਾ ॥

ਕਾਮ ਭੋਗ ਤਿਹ ਸਾਥ ਕਮਾਵਾ ॥
kaam bhog tih saath kamaavaa |
ਮਨ ਮਾਨਤ ਆਸਨ ਤਿਹ ਦਏ ॥

ਚੁੰਬਨ ਔਰ ਅਲਿੰਗਨ ਲਏ ॥੪॥

ਇਹ ਬਿਧਿ ਤਾਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਬੋਧ ਜਨਾਯੋ ॥
eih bidh taeh prabodh janaayo |
ਕਹਾ ਉਜਾਰਿ ਜਹਾ ਬਡ ਅਹੀ ॥
kahaa ujaar jahaa badd ahee |
ਆਸਨ ਲਾਇ ਬੈਠਿਯੋ ਤਹੀ ॥੫॥
aasan laae baitthiyo tahee |5|
ਸਭ ਹੀ ਅੰਗ ਬਿਭੂਤਿ ਚੜੈਯਹੁ ॥
sabh hee ang bibhoot charraiyahu |
ਦ੍ਰੁਮ ਤਰ ਬੈਠੇ ਧ︀ਯਾਨ ਲਗੈਯਹੁ ॥
drum tar baitthe dhayaan lagaiyahu |
ਰਾਜਾ ਸਹਿਤ ਤਹਾ ਹਮ ਐਹੈਂ ॥
raajaa sahit tahaa ham aihain |
ਤੁਮੈ ਧਾਮ ਜ︀ਯੋਂ ਤ︀ਯੋਂ ਲੈ ਜੈਹੈਂ ॥੬॥
tumai dhaam jayon tayon lai jaihain |6|
ਮਾਨਿ ਜਾਰ ਸੋਈ ਬਚ ਲਯੋ ॥
maan jaar soee bach layo |
ਭੇਖ ਅਤਿਥ ਕੋ ਧਾਰਤ ਭਯੋ ॥
bhekh atith ko dhaarat bhayo |
ਆਸਨ ਏਕ ਬ੍ਰਿਛ ਤਰ ਮਾਰਾ ॥
aasan ek brichh tar maaraa |
ਯੌ ਰਾਜਾ ਸੌ ਨਾਰਿ ਉਚਾਰਾ ॥੭॥
yau raajaa sau naar uchaaraa |7|
ਸੋਵਤ ਹੁਤੀ ਸੁਪਨ ਮੈ ਪਾਯੋ ॥
sovat hutee supan mai paayo |
ਮਹਾ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਆਯੋ ॥
mahaa rudr mere grih aayo |
ਪਾਵ ਸਾਥ ਤਿਨ ਮੋਹਿ ਜਗਾਯੋ ॥
paav saath tin mohi jagaayo |
ਅਧਿਕ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਨਾਯੋ ॥੮॥
adhik kripaa kar bachan sunaayo |8|
ਤੁਮ ਰਾਜਾ ਜੂ ਸਾਥ ਉਚਰਿਯਹੁ ॥
tum raajaa joo saath uchariyahu |
ਏਕ ਬਾਤ ਚਿਤ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਧਰਿਯਹੁ ॥
ek baat chit bheetar dhariyahu |
ਏਕ ਰਖੀਸੁਰ ਬਨ ਮਹਿ ਸੁਨਾ ॥
ek rakheesur ban meh sunaa |
ਤਾ ਸਮ ਭਯੋ ਨ ਹੈ ਕਹੂੰ ਮੁਨਾ ॥੯॥
taa sam bhayo na hai kahoon munaa |9|
ਰਾਜਾ ਸਹਿਤ ਜਾਇ ਤਿਹ ਲ੍ਰਯੈਯਹੁ ॥
raajaa sahit jaae tih lrayaiyahu |
ਦ੍ਵਾਦਸ ਬਰਖ ਸੰਗ ਲੈ ਸ੍ਵੈਯਹੁ ॥
dvaadas barakh sang lai svaiyahu |
ਨਿਹਸੰਸੈ ਘਰ ਮੈ ਸੁਤ ਹੋਈ ॥
nihasansai ghar mai sut hoee |
ਯਾ ਮੈ ਬਾਤ ਨ ਦੂਜੀ ਕੋਈ ॥੧੦॥

ਮਹਾ ਜਤੀ ਤਿਹ ਮੁਨਿ ਕੋ ਜਾਨਹੁ ॥
mahaa jatee tih mun ko jaanahu |
ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਬਿਨਸਾ ਤਾਹਿ ਪਛਾਨਹੁ ॥
kahoon na binasaa taeh pachhaanahu |
ਰੰਭਾਦਿਕ ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ ਪਚਿ ਹਾਰੀ ॥

ਬ੍ਰਤ ਤੇ ਟਰਾ ਨ ਰਿਖਿ ਬ੍ਰਤ ਧਾਰੀ ॥੧੧॥
brat te ttaraa na rikh brat dhaaree |11|
ਹਮ ਤੁਮ ਸਾਥ ਤਹਾ ਦੋਊ ਜਾਵੈਂ ॥
ham tum saath tahaa doaoo jaavain |
ਜ︀ਯੋਂ ਤ︀ਯੋਂ ਮੁਨਹਿ ਪਾਇ ਪਰ ਲ︀ਯਾਵੈਂ ॥
jayon tayon muneh paae par layaavain |
ਬਾਰਹ ਬਰਿਸ ਮੋਰਿ ਸੰਗ ਸ੍ਵਾਵਹੁ ॥
baarah baris mor sang svaavahu |
ਨਿਹਸੰਸੈ ਘਰ ਮੈ ਸੁਤ ਪਾਵਹੁ ॥੧੨॥

ਸੁਨਿ ਬਚ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਉਠਿ ਠਾਢੋ ਭਯੋ ॥
sun bach nrip utth tthaadto bhayo |
ਰਾਨੀ ਸਹਿਤ ਤਵਨ ਬਨ ਗਯੋ ॥
raanee sahit tavan ban gayo |
ਜਹ ਛ੍ਵੈ ਬ੍ਰਿਛ ਗਗਨ ਤਨ ਰਹੇ ॥
jeh chhvai brichh gagan tan rahe |
ਘੋਰ ਭਯਾਨਕ ਜਾਤ ਨ ਕਹੇ ॥੧੩॥
ghor bhayaanak jaat na kahe |13|
ਰਾਨੀ ਸਹਿਤ ਰਾਵ ਤਹ ਗਯੋ ॥
raanee sahit raav teh gayo |
ਹੇਰਤ ਤਵਨ ਮੁਨੀਸਹਿ ਭਯੋ ॥
herat tavan muneeseh bhayo |
ਨਾਰਿ ਸਹਿਤ ਪਾਇਨ ਤਿਹ ਪਰਿਯੋ ॥
naar sahit paaein tih pariyo |
ਚਿਤ ਮੈ ਇਹੈ ਬਿਚਾਰ ਬਿਚਾਰਿਯੋ ॥੧੪॥
chit mai ihai bichaar bichaariyo |14|
ਜੋ ਸਿਵ ਸੁਪਨ ਸਮੈ ਕਹਿ ਗਯੋ ॥
jo siv supan samai keh gayo |

ਜ︀ਯੋਂ ਤ︀ਯੋਂ ਕਰਿ ਇਹ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਲੈ ਜਾਊਾਂ ॥
jayon tayon kar ih grih lai jaaooaan |
ਲੈ ਰਾਨੀ ਕੇ ਸਾਥ ਸੁਵਾਊਾਂ ॥੧੫॥

ਤ︀ਯੋਂ ਤ︀ਯੋਂ ਮੁਨਿ ਆਂਖੈ ਨ ਉਘਰੈ ॥
tayon tayon mun aankhai na ugharai |
ਤ︀ਯੋਂ ਰਾਜਾ ਸੀਸਹਿ ਨਿਹੁਰਾਵੈ ॥

ਤਾ ਕਹ ਮਹਾ ਮੁਨੀ ਠਹਰਾਵੈ ॥੧੬॥

ਤਬ ਆਂਖੈ ਮੁਨਿ ਦੁਹੂੰ ਉਘਰਾ ॥
tab aankhai mun duhoon ugharaa |
ਤਾ ਸੌ ਕਹਾ ਕਿਹ ਨਮਿਤਿ ਆਯੋ ॥

ਕਿਹ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ ਸੰਗ ਲ︀ਯਾਯੋ ॥੧੭॥

ਹਮ ਨਹਿ ਧਾਮ ਕਿਸੂ ਕੇ ਜਾਹੀ ॥

ਬਾਰਹ ਬਰਿਸ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਰਹਿਯੈ ॥
baarah baris kripaa kar rahiyai |
ਬਹੁਰੋ ਮਗ ਬਨ ਹੀ ਕੋ ਗਹਿਯੈ ॥੨੦॥

ਇਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਹਮਰੇ ਕਿਹ ਕਾਜਾ ॥

ਏ ਹੈ ਇਨ ਗ੍ਰਿਹਸਤਨ ਕੇ ਸਾਜਾ ॥੨੪॥

ਬਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਕਾਮ ਨਹਿ ਆਵੈ ॥

ਕਾਮ ਭੋਗ ਤਾ ਸੋ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਠਾਨੈ ॥

ਭਾਗ ਅਫੀਮ ਅਧਿਕ ਤਿਹ ਖ੍ਵਾਰੀ ॥

ਊਪਰ ਏਕ ਤੁਲਾਈ ਡਾਰੀ ॥
aoopar ek tulaaee ddaaree |
ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਬੈਠੋ ਮੂਕਿਯੈ ਲਗਾਵੈ ॥

ਸੋ ਅੰਤਰ ਰਾਨਿਯਹਿ ਬਜਾਵੈ ॥੨੯॥

ਇਹ ਛਲ ਸੌ ਮਿਤ੍ਰਹਿ ਤਿਨ ਪਾਵਾ ॥

ਪਾਵਦ ਬੈਠਿ ਮੂਕਿਯਨ ਮਾਰੈ ॥
