ਸਵੈਯਾ ॥

SWAYYA

ਤੋ ਹਸ ਬਾਤ ਕਹੀ ਦੁਰਗਾ ਹਮ ਤੋ ਤੁਮ ਕੋ ਹਰਿ ਕੋ ਬਰੁ ਦੈ ਹੈ ॥

to has baat kahee duragaa ham to tum ko har ko bar dai hai |

Then Durga said smilingly, “I have bestowed the boon of Krishna on all of you

ਹੋਹੁ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਿ ਸਭੈ ਮਨ ਮੈ ਤੁਮ ਸਤ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਨਹੀ ਝੂਠ ਕਹੈ ਹੈ ॥

hohu prasan sabhai man mai tum sat kahiyo nahee jhootth kahai hai |

All of you may remain pleased, because I have spoken the truth and not told a lie

ਕਾਨਹਿ ਕੋ ਸੁਖ ਹੋ ਤੁਮ ਕੋ ਹਮ ਸੋ ਸੁਖ ਸੋ ਅਖੀਆ ਭਰਿ ਲੈ ਹੈ ॥

kaaneh ko sukh ho tum ko ham so sukh so akheea bhar lai hai |

“Krishna will be a comfort for you and seeing you n comfort, my eyes shall be filled with comfort

ਜਾਹੁ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਤੁਮ ਡੇਰਨ ਕਾਲ੍ਰਹ ਵਹੈ ਬਰੁ ਕੋ ਤੁਮ ਪੈ ਹੈ ॥੨੮੮॥

jaahu kahiyo sabh hee tum dderan kaalrah vahai bar ko tum pai hai |288|

You may all go to your homes and Krishna will wed all of you.”288.
