ਮੀ-ਬੁਰਦ ਦੀਨੋ ਦਿਲਮ ਈਣ ਚਸ਼ਮਿ ਸ਼ੋਖ਼ ।

meeburad deeno dilam een chasham shokh |

Believe me! That even his mendicant is the emperor of emperors,

ਮੀ-ਕਸ਼ਦ ਅਜ਼ ਚਾਹਿ ਗ਼ਮ ਈਣ ਚਸ਼ਮਿ ਸ਼ੋਖ਼ ।੧੮।੧।

meekashad az chaeh gam een chasham shokh |18|1|

Because, he could endow the wealth of the world to anyone with just one of his glances. (27) (4)

ਕਾਕਲਿ ਉ ਫ਼ਿਤਨਾ ਜ਼ਨਿ ਆਲਮ ਅਸਤ ।

kaakal u fitanaa zan aalam asat |

O Goyaa! Always look for the company of the devotees of Akaalpurakh,

ਰੌਣਕ ਅਫ਼ਜ਼ਾਇ ਜਹਾਣ ਈਣ ਚਸ਼ਮਿ ਸ਼ੋਖ ।੧੮।੨।

rauanak afazaae jahaan een chasham shokh |18|2|

Because His seekers are always connected with Him. (27) (5)

ਖ਼ਾਕਿ ਪਾਇ ਦੋਸਤੀਏ ਦਿਲ ਬੁਵਦ ।

khaak paae dosatee dil buvad |

Although my hands and feet are occupied in my mundane activities,

ਹਾਦੀਏ ਰਾਹਿ ਖ਼ੁਦਾ ਈਣ ਚਸ਼ਮਿ ਸ਼ੋਖ਼ ।੧੮।੩।

haadee raeh khudaa een chasham shokh |18|3|

But what can I do, (because I am helpless) my mind is constantly thinking of my Beloved. (28) (1)

ਕੈ ਕੁਨਦ ਊ ਸੂਇ ਗੁਲਿ ਨਰਗਸ ਨਿਗਾਹ ।

kai kunad aoo sooe gul naragas nigaah |

Although the voice of 'One cannot see' keeps echoing in our ears all the times,

ਹਰ ਕਿ ਦੀਦਾ ਲੱਜ਼ਤਿ ਆਣ ਚਸ਼ਮ ਸ਼ੋਖ਼ ।੧੮।੪।

har ki deedaa lazat aan chasham shokh |18|4|

But still Moses kept on going to get a glimpse of the Lord. (28) (2)

ਹਰ ਕਿ ਰਾ ਗੋਯਾ ਗ਼ੁਬਾਰਿ ਦਿਲ ਨਿਸ਼ਸਤ ।

har ki raa goyaa gubaar dil nishasat |

This is not the eye that will let out any tears,

ਆਣ ਕਿ ਦੀਦਾ ਯਕ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਆਣ ਚਸ਼ਮਿ ਸ਼ੋਖ ।੧੮।੫।

aan ki deedaa yak nigaah aan chasham shokh |18|5|

In fact, the cup of love and devotion is always full to the brim. (28) (3)
