BHUJANG PRAYAAT STANZA

ਸੁਨੋ ਰਾਜ ਸਾਰਦੂਲ ਉਚਰੋ ਪ੍ਰਬੋਧੰ ॥

suno raaj saaradool ucharo prabodhan |

ਸੁਨੋ ਚਿਤ ਦੈ ਕੈ ਨ ਕੀਜੈ ਬਿਰੋਧੰ ॥

suno chit dai kai na keejai birodhan |

O lion-like king! whatever I am saying to you, listen to it attentively and do not oppose it

ਸੁ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਆਦ ਪੁਰਖੰ ਅਨਾਦੰ ਸਰੂਪੰ ॥

su sree aad purakhan anaadan saroopan |

ਅਜੇਅੰ ਅਭੇਅੰ ਅਦਗੰ ਅਰੂਪੰ ॥੩੪੦॥

ajean abhean adagan aroopan |340|

That Primal Purusha Lord, is without beginning, unconquerable, without secret, uncombustible and without form.113.340.

ਅਨਾਮੰ ਅਧਾਮੰ ਅਨੀਲੰ ਅਨਾਦੰ ॥

anaaman adhaaman aneelan anaadan |

He is without name and place He is indestructible,

ਅਜੈਅੰ ਅਭੈਅੰ ਅਵੈ ਨਿਰ ਬਿਖਾਦੰ ॥

ajaian abhaian avai nir bikhaadan |

Without beginning, unconquerable, fearless and without hatred

ਅਨੰਤੰ ਮਹੰਤੰ ਪ੍ਰਿਥੀਸੰ ਪੁਰਾਣੰ ॥

anantan mahantan pritheesan puraanan |

He is infinite master of the universe and the most Ancient One

ਸੁ ਭਬ੍ਰਯੰ ਭਵਿਖ︀ਯੰ ਅਵੈਯੰ ਭਵਾਣੰ ॥੩੪੧॥

su bhabrayan bhavikhayan avaiyan bhavaanan |341|

He is present, future and past.114.341.

ਜਿਤੇ ਸਰਬ ਜੋਗੀ ਜਟੀ ਜੰਤ੍ਰ ਧਾਰੀ ॥

jite sarab jogee jattee jantr dhaaree |

ਜਲਾਸ੍ਰੀ ਜਵੀ ਜਾਮਨੀ ਜਗਕਾਰੀ ॥

jalaasree javee jaamanee jagakaaree |

He has conquered in this world all the Yogis, the hermits with matted locks, performers of Yajnas, the water-dwellers and Nishachars etc

ਜਤੀ ਜੋਗ ਜੁਧੀ ਜਕੀ ਜ੍ਵਾਲ ਮਾਲੀ ॥

jatee jog judhee jakee jvaal maalee |

ਪ੍ਰਮਾਥੀ ਪਰੀ ਪਰਬਤੀ ਛਤ੍ਰਪਾਲੀ ॥੩੪੨॥

pramaathee paree parabatee chhatrapaalee |342|

He has subjugated the celibates, Yogis warriors, wearers of fire-flames around their necks, the mighty ones and the sovereigns of mountains.115.342.
