ਜਬੈ ਪੂਤਨਾ ਹਨੀ ਸੁਨੀ ਗੋਕੁਲ ਬਿਖੈ ॥

jabai pootanaa hanee sunee gokul bikhai |

ਤ੍ਰਿਣਾਵਰਤ ਸੋ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਜਾਹੁ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਤਿਖੈ ॥

trinaavarat so kahiyo jaahu taa ko tikhai |

ਨੰਦ ਬਾਲ ਕੋ ਮਾਰੋ ਐਸੇ ਪਟਕਿ ਕੈ ॥

nand baal ko maaro aise pattak kai |

ਹੋ ਪਾਥਰ ਜਾਣੁ ਚਲਾਈਐ ਕਰ ਸੋ ਝਟਕਿ ਕੈ ॥੧੦੭॥

ho paathar jaan chalaaeeai kar so jhattak kai |107|

When kansa came to know that Putana had been killed in Gokul, he said to Tranvrata, “You go there and kill the son of Nand by dashing him like a stone with a jerk.107.
