ਤਕਿਯਾ ਕਰਿ ਰਾਖ︀ਯੋ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਹਿ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੇਜ ਬਣਾਇ ॥

takiyaa kar raakhayo nripeh aapanee sej banaae |

She covered and made the Raja to lie in the bed as a pillow and led

ਜਾਇ ਪਿਯਹਿ ਆਗੇ ਲਿਯੋ ਪਰਮ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਉਪਜਾਇ ॥੧੦॥

jaae piyeh aage liyo param preet upajaae |10|

Her husband there.(10)

ਭੂਪ ਲਖ︀ਯੋ ਚਿਤ ਮੈ ਫਸ︀ਯੋ ਆਨਿ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾ ਕੇ ਹੇਤ ॥

bhoop lakhayo chit mai fasayo aan triyaa ke het |

The Raja thought in his mind that he had been entangled in the love,

ਅਧਿਕ ਚਿਤ ਭੀਤਰ ਡਰਿਯੋ ਸ੍ਵਾਸ ਨ ਊਚੋ ਲੇਤ ॥੧੧॥

adhik chit bheetar ddariyo svaas na aoocho let |11|

But he was petrified and could not breath aloud even.(11)

ਪਤਿ ਸੌ ਅਤਿ ਰਤਿ ਮਾਨਿ ਕੈ ਰਹੀ ਗਰੇ ਲਪਟਾਇ ॥

pat sau at rat maan kai rahee gare lapattaae |

Clinging to her husband, she kept on making love.

ਕਿਯੋ ਸਿਰਾਨੋ ਭੂਪ ਕੋ ਸੋਇ ਰਹੇ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਇ ॥੧੨॥

kiyo siraano bhoop ko soe rahe sukh paae |12|

Using Raja as their pillow they went into peaceful slumber.(12)

ਭੋਰ ਭਏ ਉਠਿ ਪਿਯ ਗਯੋ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਸੋ ਭੋਗ ਕਮਾਇ ॥

bhor bhe utth piy gayo nrip so bhog kamaae |

In the morning when the husband had gone she enabled the Raja out

ਕਾਢਿ ਸਿਰਾਨਾ ਤੇ ਤੁਰਤ ਸਦਨ ਦਿਯੋ ਪਹੁਚਾਇ ॥੧੩॥

kaadt siraanaa te turat sadan diyo pahuchaae |13|

Of the pillow, and after carnal affair let him go home.(13)

ਜੇ ਜੇ ਸ︀ਯਾਨੇ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਜਗਤ ਮੈ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਸੋ ਕਰਤ ਪ︀ਯਾਰ ॥

je je sayaane hvai jagat mai triy so karat payaar |

ਤਾਹਿ ਮਹਾ ਜੜ ਸਮੁਝਿਯੈ ਚਿਤ ਭੀਤਰ ਨਿਰਧਾਰ ॥੧੪॥

taeh mahaa jarr samujhiyai chit bheetar niradhaar |14|

The wise ones who love women, they should be considered absurd.(14)(1)
