Kaanraa, Fifth Mehl:

ਆਰਾਧਉ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਪਨੇ ॥

aaraadhau tujheh suaamee apane |

I worship and adore You, my Lord and Master.

ਊਠਤ ਬੈਠਤ ਸੋਵਤ ਜਾਗਤ ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਨੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

aootthat baitthat sovat jaagat saas saas saas har japane |1| rahaau |

Standing up and sitting down, while sleeping and awake, with each and every breath, I meditate on the Lord. ||1||Pause||

ਤਾ ਕੈ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਬਸਿਓ ਨਾਮੁ ॥

taa kai hiradai basio naam |

The Naam, the Name of the Lord, abides within the hearts of those,

ਜਾ ਕਉ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਕੀਨੋ ਦਾਨੁ ॥੧॥

jaa kau suaamee keeno daan |1|

whose Lord and Master blesses them with this gift. ||1||

ਤਾ ਕੈ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਆਈ ਸਾਂਤਿ ॥

taa kai hiradai aaee saant |

Peace and tranquility come into the hearts of those

ਠਾਕੁਰ ਭੇਟੇ ਗੁਰ ਬਚਨਾਂਤਿ ॥੨॥

tthaakur bhette gur bachanaant |2|

who meet their Lord and Master, through the Word of the Guru. ||2||

ਸਰਬ ਕਲਾ ਸੋਈ ਪਰਬੀਨ ॥

sarab kalaa soee parabeen |

Those whom the Guru blesses with the Mantra of the Naam

ਨਾਮ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੁ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਗੁਰਿ ਦੀਨ ॥੩॥

naam mantru jaa kau gur deen |3|

are wise, and blessed with all powers. ||3||

ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਾ ਕੈ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਉ ॥

kahu naanak taa kai bal jaau |

Says Nanak, I am a sacrifice to those

ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਮਹਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਿਨਿ ਨਾਉ ॥੪॥੨॥

kalijug meh paaeaa jin naau |4|2|

who are blessed with the Name in this Dark Age of Kali Yuga. ||4||2||
