ਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨੀਆ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਕਹੈ ਕਰਿ ਨੇਹ ਕੋ ਅੰਤਿ ਦਗਾ ਕੋਊ ਦੈ ਹੈ ॥

gvaarineea ih bhaat kahai kar neh ko ant dagaa koaoo dai hai |

ਦੋ ਜਨ ਛਾਡਿ ਪਰੋ ਹਰਿ ਗਯੋ ਜਨ ਜੋ ਛਲ ਸੋ ਤਿਹ ਕੋ ਹਰਿ ਲੈ ਹੈ ॥

do jan chhaadd paro har gayo jan jo chhal so tih ko har lai hai |

The gopis are saying, “Let us see, who deceives after ending the love? Krishna is such that he is always ready for the welfare of someone even leaving the enemy standing in front of him and is deceived himself on being defrauded

ਜੋ ਬਟਹਾ ਜਨ ਘਾਵਤ ਹੈ ਕੋਊ ਜਾਤ ਚਲਿਯੋ ਪਿਖ ਕੈ ਮਧਿਮੈ ਹੈ ॥

jo battahaa jan ghaavat hai koaoo jaat chaliyo pikh kai madhimai hai |

ਪੈ ਖਿਝ ਕੈ ਅਤਿ ਹੀ ਗੁਪੀਆ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਸਮ ਏ ਹੈ ॥੫੧੦॥

pai khijh kai at hee gupeea ih bhaat kahiyo tin kee sam e hai |510|

“He is such a one who accompanies someone in rainy season and assuning the form of a dacoit in ambush and kills his companion in the way,” the gopis said angrily that Krishna is such a person.510.

ਜਬ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਿਨ ਬਾਤ ਕਹੀ ਤਬ ਹੀ ਤਿਨ ਕੇ ਸੰਗ ਕਾਨ੍ਰਹ ਹਸੈ ॥

jab hee ih gvaarin baat kahee tab hee tin ke sang kaanrah hasai |

When gopis said this, Krishna laughed with them

ਜਿਹ ਨਾਮ ਕੇ ਲੇਤ ਜਰਾ ਮੁਖ ਤੇ ਤਜ ਕੈ ਗਨਕਾ ਸਭ ਪਾਪ ਨਸੇ ॥

jih naam ke let jaraa mukh te taj kai ganakaa sabh paap nase |

He, on uttering whose name, the sins of a sinner like Ganika were destroyed

ਨ ਜਪਿਯੋ ਜਿਹ ਜਾਪ ਸੋਊ ਉਜਰੇ ਜਿਹ ਜਾਪ ਜਪਿਯੋ ਸੋਊ ਧਾਮ ਬਸੇ ॥

n japiyo jih jaap soaoo ujare jih jaap japiyo soaoo dhaam base |

Wherever his name was not remembered, that place became deserted

ਤਿਨ ਗੋਪਿਨ ਸੋ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਹਮਹੂੰ ਅਤਿ ਹੀ ਰਸ ਬੀਚ ਫਸੇ ॥੫੧੧॥

tin gopin so ih bhaat kahiyo hamahoon at hee ras beech fase |511|

He, who remembered his name, his home prospered that Krishna said this to gopis, “I have been entrapped dreadfully in your amorous enjoyment.”511.

ਕਹਿ ਕੈ ਇਹ ਬਾਤ ਹਸੇ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਉਠ ਕੈ ਜਮੁਨਾ ਜਲ ਬੀਚ ਤਰੇ ॥

keh kai ih baat hase har joo utth kai jamunaa jal beech tare |

Uttering these words, Krishna got up smilingly and jumped into Yamuna

ਛਿਨ ਏਕ ਲਗਿਯੋ ਨ ਤਬੈ ਤਿਹ ਕੋ ਲਖਿ ਕੈ ਜਮੁਨਾ ਕਹ ਪਾਰ ਪਰੇ ॥

chhin ek lagiyo na tabai tih ko lakh kai jamunaa keh paar pare |

He crossed Yamuna in an instant

ਲਖਿ ਕੈ ਜਲ ਕੋ ਸੰਗ ਗੋਪਿਨ ਕੇ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਮਹਾ ਉਪਹਾਸ ਕਰੇ ॥

lakh kai jal ko sang gopin ke bhagavaan mahaa upahaas kare |

On seeing the gopis and the water (of Yamuna), Krishna laughed heartily

ਬਹੁ ਹੋਰਨਿ ਤੈ ਅਰੁ ਬ੍ਰਯਾਹਨਿ ਤੈ ਕੁਰਮਾਤਨ ਤੈ ਅਤਿ ਸੋਊ ਖਰੇ ॥੫੧੨॥

bahu horan tai ar brayaahan tai kuramaatan tai at soaoo khare |512|

Though gopis are greatly restrained and are reminded of the family practice, they are enamoured of Krishna.512.
