Goojaree, Fifth Mehl:

ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਅਪਨਾ ਦਰਸੁ ਦੀਜੈ ਜਸੁ ਗਾਵਉ ਨਿਸਿ ਅਰੁ ਭੋਰ ॥

kar kirapaa apanaa daras deejai jas gaavau nis ar bhor |

Show Mercy to me, and grant me the Blessed Vision of Your Darshan. I sing Your Praises night and day.

ਕੇਸ ਸੰਗਿ ਦਾਸ ਪਗ ਝਾਰਉ ਇਹੈ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਮੋਰ ॥੧॥

kes sang daas pag jhaarau ihai manorath mor |1|

With my hair, I wash the feet of Your slave; this is my life's purpose. ||1||

ਠਾਕੁਰ ਤੁਝ ਬਿਨੁ ਬੀਆ ਨ ਹੋਰ ॥

tthaakur tujh bin beea na hor |

O Lord and Master, without You, there is no other at all.

ਚਿਤਿ ਚਿਤਵਉ ਹਰਿ ਰਸਨ ਅਰਾਧਉ ਨਿਰਖਉ ਤੁਮਰੀ ਓਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

chit chitvau har rasan araadhau nirkhau tumaree or |1| rahaau |

O Lord, in my mind I remain conscious of You; with my tongue I worship You, and with my eyes, I gaze upon You. ||1||Pause||

ਦਇਆਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਸਰਬ ਕੇ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਬਿਨਉ ਕਰਉ ਕਰ ਜੋਰਿ ॥

deaal purakh sarab ke tthaakur binau krau kar jor |

O Merciful Lord, O Lord and Master of all, with my palms pressed together I pray to You.

ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪੈ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਦਾਸੁ ਤੁਮਰੋ ਉਧਰਸਿ ਆਖੀ ਫੋਰ ॥੨॥੧੧॥੨੦॥

naam japai naanak daas tumaro udharas aakhee for |2|11|20|

Nanak, Your slave, chants Your Name, and is redeemed in the twinkling of an eye. ||2||11||20||
