ਤਬ ਮੈ ਚਲੌ ਸੰਗ ਲੈ ਤੋ ਕੌ ॥

tab mai chalau sang lai to kau |

ਜੁਗਯਹਿ ਬੋਲਿ ਮਾਨੁ ਹਿਤ ਮੋ ਕੌ ॥

jugayeh bol maan hit mo kau |

(Said the prince,) ‘Yes, I will take you with me if you call the Yogi for me,

ਆਖਿ ਮੂੰਦਿ ਦੋਊ ਬੀਨ ਬਜੈਯੈ ॥

aakh moond doaoo been bajaiyai |

ਮੋਰੇ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਤਾਲਿ ਦਿਵੈਯੈ ॥੧੭॥

more kar ke taal divaiyai |17|

‘Who will play love-tunes with his both the eyes shut and resonantly clapping his hands.’(17)

ਆਖਿ ਮੂੰਦਿ ਦੋਊ ਬੀਨ ਬਜਾਈ ॥

aakh moond doaoo been bajaaee |

ਤਿਹ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਘਾਤ ਭਲੀ ਲਖਿ ਪਾਈ ॥

tih triy ghaat bhalee lakh paaee |

(As planned) The women found an auspicious moment, when the

ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਸੁਤ ਕੇ ਸੰਗ ਭੋਗ ਕਮਾਯੋ ॥

nrip sut ke sang bhog kamaayo |

ਚੋਟ ਚਟਾਕਨ ਤਾਲ ਦਿਵਾਯੋ ॥੧੮॥

Yogi kept his eyes shut and played the love-tunes while she made love with the son of the Raja.(18)
