Pauree:

ਸਚਾ ਅਮਰੁ ਚਲਾਇਓਨੁ ਕਰਿ ਸਚੁ ਫੁਰਮਾਣੁ ॥

sachaa amar chalaaeon kar sach furamaan |

True is the Command He sends forth, and True are the Orders He issues.

ਸਦਾ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸੋ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਸੁਜਾਣੁ ॥

sadaa nihachal rav rahiaa so purakh sujaan |

Forever unmoving and unchanging, permeating and pervading everywhere, He is the All-knowing Primal Lord.

ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਸੇਵੀਐ ਸਚੁ ਸਬਦਿ ਨੀਸਾਣੁ ॥

gur parasaadee seveeai sach sabad neesaan |

By Guru's Grace, serve Him, through the True Insignia of the Shabad.

ਪੂਰਾ ਥਾਟੁ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਰੰਗੁ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਮਾਣੁ ॥

pooraa thaatt banaaeaa rang guramat maan |

That which He makes is perfect; through the Guru's Teachings, enjoy His Love.

ਅਗਮ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਅਲਖੁ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਾਣੁ ॥੧੧॥

agam agochar alakh hai guramukh har jaan |11|

He is inaccessible, unfathomable and unseen; as Gurmukh, know the Lord. ||11||
