ਤੂ ਜਾਣਾਇਹਿ ਤਾ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣੈ ॥

too jaanaaeihi taa koee jaanai |

When You allow Yourself to be known, then we know You.

ਤੇਰਾ ਦੀਆ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਖਾਣੈ ॥੧॥

teraa deea naam vakhaanai |1|

We chant Your Name, which You have given to us. ||1||

ਤੂ ਅਚਰਜੁ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਸਮਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

too acharaj kudarat teree bisamaa |1| rahaau |

You are wonderful! Your creative potency is amazing! ||1||Pause||

ਤੁਧੁ ਆਪੇ ਕਾਰਣੁ ਆਪੇ ਕਰਣਾ ॥

tudh aape kaaran aape karanaa |

You Yourself are the Cause of causes, You Yourself are the Creator.

ਹੁਕਮੇ ਜੰਮਣੁ ਹੁਕਮੇ ਮਰਣਾ ॥੨॥

hukame jaman hukame maranaa |2|

By Your Will, we are born, and by Your Will, we die. ||2||

ਨਾਮੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਤਨ ਆਧਾਰੀ ॥

naam teraa man tan aadhaaree |

Your Name is the Support of our mind and body.

ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸੁ ਬਖਸੀਸ ਤੁਮਾਰੀ ॥੩॥੮॥

naanak daas bakhasees tumaaree |3|8|

This is Your blessing to Nanak, Your slave. ||3||8||
