ਲੋਗ ਸਵਤਿ ਤਾ ਕੀ ਕਹ ਚਹੈ ॥

ਵਾ ਕੀ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਸੋ ਕਹੈ ॥

ਭਾਤਿ ਭਾਤਿ ਤਿਨ ਕਰਹਿ ਬਡਾਈ ॥

bhaat bhaat tin kareh baddaaee |

But she used to meet the co-wife as well and often praised her saying,

ਤੁਮ ਕਹ ਬਰਿ ਹੈ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਹਮਾਰੋ ॥

tum keh bar hai nripat hamaaro |

ਹ੍ਵੈਹੈ ਅਧਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਤੁਮਾਰੋ ॥੧੧॥

‘Our Raja will retain you and your magnificence will flourish.’(11)

ਯੌ ਕਹਿ ਕੈ ਤਾ ਕੌ ਧਨ ਲੂਟਹਿ ॥

ਬਹੁਰਿ ਆਨਿ ਵਾ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾ ਕਹ ਕੂਟਹਿ ॥

bahur aan vaa triyaa keh kootteh |

Outwardly she robbed her of her wealth and beat her (mentally).

ਇਹ ਬਿਧ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਤਿਨੈ ਦਿਖਰਾਵੈ ॥

eih bidh traas tinai dikharaavai |

ਦੁਹੂੰਅਨ ਮੂੰਡ ਮੂੰਡਿ ਕੈ ਖਾਵੈ ॥੧੨॥
