ਮਾ ਕਿ ਦੀਦੇਮ ਸਰਿ ਕੂਇ ਤੂ ਐ ਮਹਿਰਮਿ ਰਾਜ਼ ।

maa ki deedem sar kooe too ai mahiram raaz |

They assemble at least twice a month

ਵਜ਼ ਹਮਾ ਰੂਇ ਫ਼ਗੰਦੇਮ ਸਰਿ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਨਿਆਜ਼ ।੩੮।੧।

vaz hamaa rooe fagandem sar khud niaaz |38|1|

In special remembrance of the Almighty. (21)

ਤਾ ਬਗਰਦੇ ਸਰਿ ਕੂਇ ਤੂ ਬਗਰਦੀਦ ਆਮ ।

taa bagarade sar kooe too bagaradeed aam |

That assembly is blessed that is held only for remembering Akaalpurakh;

ਰੋਜ਼ਾਇ ਖ਼ੁਲਦੀ ਬਰੀਣ ਰਾ ਬਿਕੁਨਮ ਪਾ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ।੩੮।੨।

rozaae khuladee bareen raa bikunam paa andaaz |38|2|

That assembly is blessed that is held to dispel all our mental and physical troubles. (22)

ਅਜ਼ ਖ਼ਮਿ ਕਾਕਲਿ ਮੁਸ਼ਕੀਣ ਦਿਲੋ ਦੀਣ ਬੁਰਦ ਅਜ਼ਮਾ ।

az kham kaakal mushakeen dilo deen burad azamaa |

That congregation is fortunate that is held in commemoration of Waaheguru's (Naam);

ਹਾਸਿਲਿ ਉਮਰ ਹਮੀਣ ਬੂਦ ਅਜ਼ੀਣ ਉਮਰਿ-ਦਰਾਜ਼ ।੩੮।੩।

haasil umar hameen bood azeen umaradaraaz |38|3|

That congregation is blessed that has its foundations only on Truth. (23)

ਮੁਸਹਫ਼ਿ ਰੂਇ ਤੂ ਹਾਫ਼ਿਜ਼ ਹਮਾ ਰਾ ਹਮਾ ਦਰ ਹਾਲ ।

musahaf rooe too haafiz hamaa raa hamaa dar haal |

That group of persons is evil and dissolute where Satan/Devil is playing its role;

ਖ਼ਮਿ ਅਬਰੂਇ ਤੂ ਮਹਿਰਾਬਿ ਦਿਲ ਅਹਿਲਿ ਨਿਮਾਜ਼ ।੩੮।੪।

kham abarooe too mahiraab dil ahil nimaaz |38|4|

Such a group is defiled that lends itself to future repentance and pennitence. (24)

ਦਿਲਿ ਮਨ ਬੇ ਤੂ ਚੂਨਾਸਤ ਚਿਹ ਗੋਇਦਾ ਗੋਯਾ ।

dil man be too choonaasat chih goeidaa goyaa |

The story of both the worlds, this and the next, is a fable,

ਹਮਚੂੰ ਆਣ ਸ਼ਮਆ ਕਿ ਦਾਇਮ ਬਵਦ-ਅਜ਼ ਸੋਜ਼ੋ ਗੁਦਾਜ਼ ।੩੮।੫।

hamachoon aan shamaa ki daaeim bavadaaz sozo gudaaz |38|5|

Because, these two are just a grain out of Akaalpurakh's total heaps of produce. (25)
