ਸਭ ਭੂਪਨ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਐਸ ਸੁਨਾਯੋ ॥

sabh bhoopan nrip ais sunaayo |

ਆਪ ਜੁਧ ਕੋ ਬਿਵਤ ਬਨਾਯੋ ॥

aap judh ko bivat banaayo |

Then the Raja informed all of them and, himself, commenced preparations for the war.

ਜੋ ਕੋਊ ਤੁਮਲ ਜੁਧ ਹ︀ਯਾਂ ਕਰ ਹੈ ॥

jo koaoo tumal judh hayaan kar hai |

ਵਹੈ ਯਾਹਿ ਕੰਨ︀ਯਾ ਕਹੁ ਬਰਿ ਹੈ ॥੧੩॥

vahai yaeh kanayaa kahu bar hai |13|

He announced, ‘Whosoever wins the war, will marry my daughter.’(13)
