ਰਸਨਾ ਉਚਰੈ ਹਰਿ ਹਰੇ ਗੁਣ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਵਖਿਆਨ ॥

rasanaa ucharai har hare gun govind vakhiaan |

My tongue chants the Name of the Lord, and chants the Glorious Praises of the Lord of the Universe.

ਨਾਨਕ ਪਕੜੀ ਟੇਕ ਏਕ ਪਰਮੇਸਰੁ ਰਖੈ ਨਿਦਾਨ ॥੧॥

naanak pakarree ttek ek paramesar rakhai nidaan |1|

Nanak has grasped the sheltering support of the One Transcendent Lord, who shall save him in the end. ||1||
