ਖੜਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹੁ ਰਾਛਸ ਮਾਰੇ ਕੋਪ ਹੁਇ ॥

kharrag singh bahu raachhas maare kop hue |

ਰਹੇ ਮਨੋ ਮਤਵਾਰੇ ਰਨ ਕੀ ਭੂਮਿ ਸੁਇ ॥

rahe mano matavaare ran kee bhoom sue |

Kharag Singh killed many demons in anger and they all appeared intoxicated and sleeping the battlefield

ਜੀਅਤ ਬਚੇ ਤੇ ਭਾਜੇ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਬਢਾਇ ਕੈ ॥

jeeat bache te bhaaje traas badtaae kai |

ਹੋ ਜਦੁਪਤਿ ਤੀਰ ਪੁਕਾਰੇ ਸਬ ਹੀ ਆਇ ਕੈ ॥੧੪੧੯॥

ho jadupat teer pukaare sab hee aae kai |1419|
