ਭਗਤ ਜਨਾ ਕੀ ਬਰਤਨਿ ਨਾਮੁ ॥

sant janaa kai man bisraam |

ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਦਾਸ ਕੀ ਓਟ ॥

har kaa naam daas kee ott |

The Name of the Lord is the Support of His servants.

ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਉਧਰੇ ਜਨ ਕੋਟਿ ॥

har kai naam udhare jan kott |

By the Name of the Lord, millions have been saved.

ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਕਰਤ ਸੰਤ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤਿ ॥

har jas karat sant din raat |

The Saints chant the Praises of the Lord, day and night.

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਅਉਖਧੁ ਸਾਧ ਕਮਾਤਿ ॥

har har aaukhadh saadh kamaat |

Har, Har - the Lord's Name - the Holy use it as their healing medicine.

ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਕੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ॥

har jan kai har naam nidhaan |

The Lord's Name is the treasure of the Lord's servant.

ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮਿ ਜਨ ਕੀਨੋ ਦਾਨ ॥

paarabraham jan keeno daan |

The Supreme Lord God has blessed His humble servant with this gift.

ਮਨ ਤਨ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਤੇ ਰੰਗ ਏਕੈ ॥

man tan rang rate rang ekai |

Mind and body are imbued with ecstasy in the Love of the One Lord.

ਨਾਨਕ ਜਨ ਕੈ ਬਿਰਤਿ ਬਿਬੇਕੈ ॥੫॥

naanak jan kai birat bibekai |5|

O Nanak, careful and discerning understanding is the way of the Lord's humble servant. ||5||
