PUNHA

ਬਹੁਰਿ ਭਇਓ ਮਹਖਾਸੁਰ ਤਿਨ ਤੋ ਕਿਆ ਕੀਆ ॥

bahur bheo mahakhaasur tin to kiaa keea |

Then there appeared Mahishasura and whatever he did is as follows:

ਭੁਜਾ ਜੋਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਜੁਧੁ ਜੀਤ ਸਭ ਜਗੁ ਲੀਆ ॥

bhujaa jor kar judh jeet sabh jag leea |

With his armed strength, he conquered the whole world.

ਸੂਰ ਸਮੂਹ ਸੰਘਾਰੇ ਰਣਹਿ ਪਚਾਰ ਕੈ ॥

soor samooh sanghaare raneh pachaar kai |

He challenged all the gods in the battlefield.

ਟੂਕਿ ਟੂਕਿ ਕਰਿ ਡਾਰੇ ਆਯੁਧ ਧਾਰ ਕੈ ॥੧੩॥
