ਕਾਲ ਨ ਕੋਊ ਕਰਨ ਸੁਮਾਰਾ ॥

kaal na koaoo karan sumaaraa |

ਬੈਰ ਬਾਦ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਪਸਾਰਾ ॥

bair baad ahankaar pasaaraa |

None could remember KAL and there was only extension of enmity, strife ego.

ਲੋਭ ਮੂਲ ਇਹਿ ਜਗ ਕੋ ਹੂਆ ॥

lobh mool ihi jag ko hooaa |

ਜਾ ਸੋ ਚਾਹਤ ਸਭੈ ਕੋ ਮੂਆ ॥੩੬॥

jaa so chaahat sabhai ko mooaa |36|
