ਕਬੀਰ ਜਗੁ ਬਾਧਿਓ ਜਿਹ ਜੇਵਰੀ ਤਿਹ ਮਤ ਬੰਧਹੁ ਕਬੀਰ ॥

kabeer jag baadhio jih jevaree tih mat bandhahu kabeer |

Kabeer, do not bind yourself with that chain, which binds the whole world.

ਜੈਹਹਿ ਆਟਾ ਲੋਨ ਜਿਉ ਸੋਨ ਸਮਾਨਿ ਸਰੀਰੁ ॥੧੧੭॥

jaiheh aattaa lon jiau son samaan sareer |117|

As the salt is lost in the flour, so shall your golden body be lost. ||117||
