ਦ੍ਵੈ ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਰਹੈ ਅਮਿਤ ਰੂਪ ਕੀ ਖਾਨਿ ॥

dvai isatree taa ke rahai amit roop kee khaan |

Two women used to live with him,

ਏਕ ਸੰਗ ਰਾਜਾ ਰਮੈ ਅਧਿਕ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਜੀਯ ਜਾਨਿ ॥੩॥

ek sang raajaa ramai adhik preet jeey jaan |3|

And the Raja used to make love intensively with one.(3)

ਏਕ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੋਊ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਬਰ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇ ॥

ek divas doaoo triyaa nrip bar lee bulaae |

Once the Raja called in both of them,

ਆਖਿ ਮੀਚਨ ਖੇਲਤ ਭਯੋ ਅਧਿਕ ਨੇਹ ਉਪਜਾਇ ॥੪॥

aakh meechan khelat bhayo adhik neh upajaae |4|

And indulged in the play of hide-and-seek.(4)

ਆਖਿ ਮੂੰਦਿ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਏਕ ਕੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇ ॥

aakh moond triy ek kee doojee lee bulaae |

He closed the eyes of the one and called the other and told,

ਅਧਿਕ ਭੋਗ ਤਾ ਸੋ ਕਿਯਾ ਇਮਿ ਕਹਿ ਦਈ ਉਠਾਇ ॥੫॥

adhik bhog taa so kiyaa im keh dee utthaae |5|

Primarily I make love with you only.(5)

ਐ ਰੁਚਿ ਸੋ ਤੋ ਸੌ ਰਮੋ ਰਮੋ ਨ ਯਾ ਕੇ ਸੰਗ ॥

ai ruch so to sau ramo ramo na yaa ke sang |

I Just copulate with you. I have sex with no one else,

ਕੋਟਿ ਕਸਟ ਤਨ ਪੈ ਸਹੋਂ ਕੈਸੋਈ ਦਹੈ ਅਨੰਗ ॥੬॥

kott kasatt tan pai sahon kaisoee dahai anang |6|

‘Might I be tempted excessively by the Cupid.’(6)
