ਲਗੇ ਦੇਹ ਤੇ ਬਾਨ ਨਿਕਾਰੇ ॥

lage deh te baan nikaare |

ਤਨ ਪੁਨਿ ਵਹੈ ਬੈਰਿਯਨ ਮਾਰੇ ॥

tan pun vahai bairiyan maare |

The arrows, which had pierced through, she plucked them

ਜਿਨ ਕੀ ਦੇਹ ਘਾਵ ਦਿੜ ਲਾਗੇ ॥

jin kee deh ghaav dirr laage |

ਤੁਰਤ ਬਰੰਗਨਿਨ ਸੋ ਅਨੁਰਾਗੇ ॥੩੬॥

Out, and threw the same back on the enemy.(36)

ਐਸੀ ਭਾਤਿ ਬੀਰ ਬਹੁ ਮਾਰੇ ॥

aisee bhaat beer bahu maare |

ਬਾਜੀ ਕਰੀ ਰਥੀ ਹਨਿ ਡਾਰੇ ॥

baajee karee rathee han ddaare |

Whom so ever those arrows hit, they were taken away by the fairies

ਤੁਮਲ ਜੁਧ ਤਿਹ ਠਾ ਅਤਿ ਮਚਿਯੋ ॥

tumal judh tih tthaa at machiyo |

ਏਕ ਸੂਰ ਜੀਯਤ ਨਹ ਬਚਿਯੋ ॥੩੭॥

ek soor jeeyat neh bachiyo |37|

Of death and none was spared the life.(37)

ਅਰਬ ਰਾਇ ਆਪਨ ਤਬ ਧਾਯੋ ॥

arab raae aapan tab dhaayo |

ਆਨਿ ਬਾਲ ਸੋ ਜੂਝ ਮਚਾਯੋ ॥

aan baal so joojh machaayo |

ਅਰਬ ਰਾਇ ਕੋ ਬਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰਿਯੋ ॥

arab raae ko baan prahaariyo |

Then she cut off the chariots and killed the chariot-driver.

ਮੋਹਿਤ ਕੈ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਗਹਿ ਲੀਨੋ ॥

mohit kai taa ko geh leeno |

ਦੁੰਦਭਿ ਤਬੈ ਜੀਤਿ ਕੌ ਦੀਨੋ ॥੩੯॥

dundabh tabai jeet kau deeno |39|

She made him (Arth Rai) unconscious and beat the victory drum.(39)

ਤਾ ਕੋ ਬਾਧਿ ਧਾਮ ਲੈ ਆਈ ॥

taa ko baadh dhaam lai aaee |

ਭਾਤਿ ਭਾਤਿ ਸੋ ਦਰਬੁ ਲੁਟਾਈ ॥

bhaat bhaat so darab luttaaee |

She tied him and brought him home and distributed lot of wealth.

ਜੈ ਦੁੰਦਭੀ ਦ੍ਵਾਰ ਪੈ ਬਾਜੀ ॥

jai dundabhee dvaar pai baajee |

ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਕੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਕਲ ਭੇ ਰਾਜੀ ॥੪੦॥

grih ke lok sakal bhe raajee |40|

The victory drum were continuously beaten at her door steps and the people felt exhilarations.(40)
