Bhairao, Fourth Mehl:

ਤੇ ਸਾਧੂ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਜਿਨ ਜਪਿਆ ਗਤਿ ਹੋਇ ਹਮਾਰੀ ॥

te saadhoo har melahu suaamee jin japiaa gat hoe hamaaree |

O my Lord and Master, please unite me with the Holy people; meditating on You, I am saved.

ਤਿਨ ਕਾ ਦਰਸੁ ਦੇਖਿ ਮਨੁ ਬਿਗਸੈ ਖਿਨੁ ਖਿਨੁ ਤਿਨ ਕਉ ਹਉ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ॥੧॥

tin kaa daras dekh man bigasai khin khin tin kau hau balihaaree |1|

Gazing upon the Blessed Vision of their Darshan, my mind blossoms forth. Each and every moment, I am a sacrifice to them. ||1||

ਹਰਿ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਜਪਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥

har hiradai jap naam muraaree |

Meditate within your heart on the Name of the Lord.

ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਜਗਤ ਪਿਤ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹਮ ਦਾਸਨਿ ਦਾਸ ਕੀਜੈ ਪਨਿਹਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

kripaa kripaa kar jagat pit suaamee ham daasan daas keejai panihaaree |1| rahaau |

Show Mercy, Mercy to me, O Father of the World, O my Lord and Master; make me the water-carrier of the slave of Your slaves. ||1||Pause||

ਤਿਨ ਮਤਿ ਊਤਮ ਤਿਨ ਪਤਿ ਊਤਮ ਜਿਨ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਵਸਿਆ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ॥

tin mat aootam tin pat aootam jin hiradai vasiaa banavaaree |

Their intellect is sublime and exalted, and so is their honor; the Lord, the Lord of the forest, abides within their hearts.

ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਾਇ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤਿਨ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਗਤਿ ਹੋਇ ਹਮਾਰੀ ॥੨॥

tin kee sevaa laae har suaamee tin simarat gat hoe hamaaree |2|

O my Lord and Master, please link me to the service of those who meditate in remembrance on You, and are saved. ||2||

ਜਿਨ ਐਸਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸਾਧੁ ਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਗਹ ਕਾਢੇ ਮਾਰੀ ॥

jin aisaa satigur saadh na paaeaa te har daragah kaadte maaree |

Those who do not find such a Holy True Guru are beaten, and driven out of the Court of the Lord.

ਤੇ ਨਰ ਨਿੰਦਕ ਸੋਭ ਨ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਤਿਨ ਨਕ ਕਾਟੇ ਸਿਰਜਨਹਾਰੀ ॥੩॥

te nar nindak sobh na paaveh tin nak kaatte sirajanahaaree |3|

These slanderous people have no honor or reputation; their noses are cut by the Creator Lord. ||3||

ਹਰਿ ਆਪਿ ਬੁਲਾਵੈ ਆਪੇ ਬੋਲੈ ਹਰਿ ਆਪਿ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੁ ਨਿਰਾਹਾਰੀ ॥

har aap bulaavai aape bolai har aap niranjan nirankaar niraahaaree |

The Lord Himself speaks, and the Lord Himself inspires all to speak; He is Immaculate and Formless, and needs no sustenance.

ਹਰਿ ਜਿਸੁ ਤੂ ਮੇਲਹਿ ਸੋ ਤੁਧੁ ਮਿਲਸੀ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਿਆ ਏਹਿ ਜੰਤ ਵਿਚਾਰੀ ॥੪॥੨॥੬॥

har jis too meleh so tudh milasee jan naanak kiaa ehi jant vichaaree |4|2|6|

O Lord, he alone meets You, whom You cause to meet. Says servant Nanak, I am a wretched creature. What can I do? ||4||2||6||
