ਰਨਿ ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਬਿਰਚਹਿਗੇ ॥

ran raaj kumaar birachahige |

ਸਰ ਸੇਲ ਸਰਾਸਨ ਨਚਹਿਗੇ ॥

sar sel saraasan nachahige |

When the princes will begin the battle, there will be the dance of lances and shafts.

ਸੁ ਬਿਰੁਧ ਅਵਧਿ ਸੁ ਗਾਜਹਿਗੇ ॥

su birudh avadh su gaajahige |

ਰਣ ਰੰਗਹਿ ਰਾਮ ਬਿਰਾਜਹਿਗੇ ॥੩੪੦॥

ran rangeh raam biraajahige |340|

The warriors will roar on seeing the opposing forces and Ram will be absorbed in the fighting mood.340.

ਸਰ ਓਘ ਪ੍ਰਓਘ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰੈਗੇ ॥

sar ogh progh prahaaraige |

ਰਣਿ ਰੰਗ ਅਭੀਤ ਬਿਹਾਰੈਗੇ ॥

ran rang abheet bihaaraige |

There will be showers of arrows and the fighters will roam in the battlefield fearlessly.

ਸਰ ਸੂਲ ਸਨਾਹਰਿ ਛੁਟਹਿਗੇ ॥

sar sool sanaahar chhuttahige |

ਦਿਤ ਪੁਤ੍ਰ ਪਰਾ ਪਰ ਲੁਟਹਿਗੇ ॥੩੪੧॥

dit putr paraa par luttahige |341|

The tridents and arrows will be struck and the sons of demons will roll in dust.341.

ਸਰ ਸੰਕ ਅਸੰਕਤ ਬਾਹਹਿਗੇ ॥

sar sank asankat baahahige |

ਬਿਨੁ ਭੀਤ ਭਯਾ ਦਲ ਦਾਹਹਿਗੇ ॥

bin bheet bhayaa dal daahahige |

They will discharge arrows undoubtedly and destroy the forces of the enemy.

ਛਿਤਿ ਲੁਥ ਬਿਲੁਥ ਬਿਥਾਰਹਿਗੇ ॥

chhit luth biluth bithaarahige |

ਤਰੁ ਸਣੈ ਸਮੂਲ ਉਪਾਰਹਿਗੇ ॥੩੪੨॥

The corpses will be scattered on the earth and the great warriors will uproot the trees.342.

ਨਵ ਨਾਦ ਨਫੀਰਨ ਬਾਜਤ ਭੇ ॥

nav naad nafeeran baajat bhe |

ਗਲ ਗਜਿ ਹਠੀ ਰਣ ਰੰਗ ਫਿਰੇ ॥

gal gaj hatthee ran rang fire |

ਲਗਿ ਬਾਨ ਸਨਾਹ ਦੁਸਾਰ ਕਢੇ ॥

ਰਣਬੀਰ ਨਵੀਰ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਤ ਹੈ ॥

ranabeer naveer prachaarat hai |

The warriors are spraying arrows fearlessly and are challenging one another.

ਸਰ ਸੁਧ ਸਿਲਾ ਸਿਤ ਛੋਰਤ ਹੈ ॥

sar sudh silaa sit chhorat hai |

ਜੀਅ ਰੋਸ ਹਲਾਹਲ ਘੋਰਤ ਹੈ ॥੩੪੪॥

jeea ros halaahal ghorat hai |344|

They are discharging shafts and stones and are drinking in the gearts the poison of indignation.344.

ਰਨ ਧੀਰ ਅਯੋਧਨੁ ਲੁਝਤ ਹੈਂ ॥

ran dheer ayodhan lujhat hain |

ਰਦ ਪੀਸ ਭਲੋ ਕਰ ਜੁਝਤ ਹੈਂ ॥

rad pees bhalo kar jujhat hain |

The conquering warriors have fought with one another in the battle and are fighting furiously.

ਰਣ ਦੇਵ ਅਦੇਵ ਨਿਹਾਰਤ ਹੈਂ ॥

ran dev adev nihaarat hain |

ਜਯ ਸਦ ਨਿਨਦਿ ਪੁਕਾਰਤ ਹੈਂ ॥੩੪੫॥

jay sad ninad pukaarat hain |345|

Both the gods and demons are viewing the battle and are raising the sound of victory.345.

ਗਣ ਗਿਧਣ ਬ੍ਰਿਧ ਰੜੰਤ ਨਭੰ ॥

gan gidhan bridh rarrant nabhan |

ਕਿਲਕੰਤ ਸੁ ਡਾਕਣ ਉਚ ਸੁਰੰ ॥

kilakant su ddaakan uch suran |

The Ganas and large vultures are roaming in the sky and the vampires are shrieking violently.

ਭ੍ਰਮ ਛਾਡ ਭਕਾਰਤ ਭੂਤ ਭੂਅੰ ॥

bhram chhaadd bhakaarat bhoot bhooan |

ਰਣ ਰੰਗ ਬਿਹਾਰਤ ਭ੍ਰਾਤ ਦੂਅੰ ॥੩੪੬॥

ran rang bihaarat bhraat dooan |346|

The ghosts are laughing fearlessly and both the brother Ram and Lakshman are looking at this continued fight.346.

ਖਰਦੂਖਣ ਮਾਰ ਬਿਹਾਇ ਦਏ ॥

kharadookhan maar bihaae de |

ਜਯ ਸਦ ਨਿਨਦ ਬਿਹਦ ਭਏ ॥

jay sad ninad bihad bhe |

Ram caused both Khar and Dushan flow down in the stream of death after killing them. The victory was greatly hailed from all the four sides.

ਸੁਰ ਫੂਲਨ ਕੀ ਬਰਖਾ ਬਰਖੇ ॥

sur foolan kee barakhaa barakhe |
