ਬਾਲ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਅਰੁ ਬਿਰਧਿ ਫੁਨਿ ਤੀਨਿ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਜਾਨਿ ॥

kahu naanak har bhajan bin birathaa sabh hee maan |35|

Says Nanak, without meditating on the Lord, everything is useless; you must appreciate this. ||35||
