ਪਰੰਦਏ ਨ ਗਿਰਾਹ ਜਰ ॥

parande na giraah jar |

The birds have no money in their pockets.

ਦਰਖਤ ਆਬ ਆਸ ਕਰ ॥

darakhat aab aas kar |

They place their hopes on trees and water.

ਦਿਹੰਦ ਸੁਈ ॥

dihand suee |

He alone is the Giver.

ਏਕ ਤੁਈ ਏਕ ਤੁਈ ॥੬॥

ek tuee ek tuee |6|

You alone, Lord, You alone. ||6||
