ਭਾਜ ਗਏ ਸਬ ਦੈਤ ਜਬੈ ਤਬ ਭੂਪ ਰਿਸਿਓ ਹਰਿ ਕੋ ਸਰ ਮਾਰੇ ॥

bhaaj ge sab dait jabai tab bhoop risio har ko sar maare |

When all the demons ran away, the king, in great fury,

ਲਾਗਤ ਹੀ ਕਵਿ ਸ︀ਯਾਮ ਕਹੈ ਤਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਜਦੁਬੀਰ ਕੋ ਚੀਰ ਪਧਾਰੇ ॥

laagat hee kav sayaam kahai tan sree jadubeer ko cheer padhaare |

Showered his arrows on Krishna, which pierced his body and came out from the other side,

ਬੇਧਿ ਕੈ ਔਰਨ ਕੇ ਤਨ ਕੋ ਪੁਨਿ ਔਰਨ ਜਾਇ ਲਗੇ ਸੁ ਸੰਘਾਰੇ ॥

bedh kai aauaran ke tan ko pun aauaran jaae lage su sanghaare |

And then piercing the bodies of other persons, they penetrated into bodies of others

ਦੇਖਹੁ ਪਉਰਖ ਭੂਪਤਿ ਕੋ ਅਬ ਆਪ ਹੈ ਏਕ ਅਨੇਕ ਬਿਦਾਰੇ ॥੧੪੮੧॥

dekhahu paurakh bhoopat ko ab aap hai ek anek bidaare |1481|

Look at the courage of the king, though he himself is alone, but he is killing many.1481.
