ਨਿਸ ਨਨਾਦ ਡਹ ਡਹ ਡਾਮਰ ਦੈ ਦੈ ਦਮਾਮਨ ਕੌ ਨਿਜਕਾਨੇ ॥

nis nanaad ddeh ddeh ddaamar dai dai damaaman kau nijakaane |

The ones who were protagonists of the tabor’s noises and the beats of the drums,

ਭੂਰ ਦਈਤਨ ਕੋ ਦਲ ਦਾਰੁਨ ਦੀਹ ਹੁਤੇ ਕਰਿ ਏਕ ਨ ਜਾਨੇ ॥

bhoor deetan ko dal daarun deeh hute kar ek na jaane |

Who had looked down upon the enemies, were the conquerors of the

ਜੀਤਿ ਫਿਰੈ ਨਵਖੰਡਨ ਕੌ ਨਹਿ ਬਾਸਵ ਸੋ ਕਬਹੂੰ ਡਰਪਾਨੇ ॥

jeet firai navakhanddan kau neh baasav so kabahoon ddarapaane |

Nine continents of the earth, and were unafraid of the god Indra,

ਤੇ ਤੁਮ ਸੌ ਲਰਿ ਕੈ ਮਰਿ ਕੈ ਭਟ ਅੰਤ ਕੋ ਅੰਤ ਕੇ ਧਾਮ ਸਿਧਾਨੇ ॥੩੯॥

te tum sau lar kai mar kai bhatt ant ko ant ke dhaam sidhaane |39|

Fought to the end and departed for their heavenly abodes.(39)
