ਆਤਮੁ ਜੀਤਾ ਗੁਰਮਤੀ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਏ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ॥

aatam jeetaa guramatee gun gaae gobind |

The soul is conquered, through the Guru's Teachings, singing the Glories of God.

ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦੀ ਭੈ ਮਿਟੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਬਿਨਸੀ ਚਿੰਦ ॥੧੫॥

sant prasaadee bhai mitte naanak binasee chind |15|

By the Grace of the Saints, fear is dispelled, O Nanak, and anxiety is ended. ||15||
