ਝਝਾ ਝੂਰਨੁ ਮਿਟੈ ਤੁਮਾਰੋ ॥

jhajhaa jhooran mittai tumaaro |

JHAJHA: Your sorrows shall depart,

ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਉ ਕਰਿ ਬਿਉਹਾਰੋ ॥

raam naam siau kar biauhaaro |

when you deal with the Lord's Name.

ਝੂਰਤ ਝੂਰਤ ਸਾਕਤ ਮੂਆ ॥

jhoorat jhoorat saakat mooaa |

The faithless cynic dies in sorrow and pain;

ਜਾ ਕੈ ਰਿਦੈ ਹੋਤ ਭਾਉ ਬੀਆ ॥

jaa kai ridai hot bhaau beea |

his heart is filled with the love of duality.

ਝਰਹਿ ਕਸੰਮਲ ਪਾਪ ਤੇਰੇ ਮਨੂਆ ॥

jhareh kasamal paap tere manooaa |

Your evil deeds and sins shall fall away, O my mind,

ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਥਾ ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਸੁਨੂਆ ॥

amrit kathaa santasang sunooaa |

listening to the ambrosial speech in the Society of the Saints.

ਝਰਹਿ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਦ੍ਰੁਸਟਾਈ ॥

jhareh kaam krodh drusattaaee |

Sexual desire, anger and wickedness fall away,

ਨਾਨਕ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਗੁਸਾਈ ॥੨੫॥

naanak jaa kau kripaa gusaaee |25|

O Nanak, from those who are blessed by the Mercy of the Lord of the World. ||25||
