Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:

ਚਰਣ ਕਮਲ ਕਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਦੀਨੋ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਆਪਿ ॥

charan kamal kaa aasaraa deeno prabh aap |

God Himself has given me the Support of His Lotus Feet.

ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਰਣਾਗਤਿ ਜਨ ਪਰੇ ਤਾ ਕਾ ਸਦ ਪਰਤਾਪੁ ॥੧॥

prabh saranaagat jan pare taa kaa sad parataap |1|

God's humble servants seek His Sanctuary; they are respected and famous forever. ||1||

ਰਾਖਨਹਾਰ ਅਪਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤਾ ਕੀ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸੇਵ ॥

raakhanahaar apaar prabh taa kee niramal sev |

God is the unparalleled Savior and Protector; service to Him is immaculate and pure.

ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਪੁਰਿ ਕੀਨੑੇ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

The Divine Guru has built the City of Ramdaspur, the royal domain of the Lord. ||1||Pause||

ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਕਿਛੁ ਬਿਘਨੁ ਨ ਲਾਗੈ ॥

sadaa sadaa har dhiaaeeai kichh bighan na laagai |

Forever and ever, meditate on the Lord, and no obstacles will obstruct you.

ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਲਾਹੀਐ ਭਇ ਦੁਸਮਨ ਭਾਗੈ ॥੨॥੩॥੬੭॥

naanak naam salaaheeai bhe dusaman bhaagai |2|3|67|

O Nanak, praising the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the fear of enemies runs away. ||2||3||67||
