ਦਿਨ ਤਸਕਰ ਤਾ ਸੌ ਰਮਤ ਦਰਬ ਠਗਨ ਠਗ ਜਾਇ ॥

din tasakar taa sau ramat darab tthagan tthag jaae |

‘During the day, the thief made love with her whereas the swindler Went out to defraud.

ਰੈਨਿ ਚੋਰ ਚੋਰਤ ਗ੍ਰਿਹਨ ਤਾਹਿ ਮਿਲਤ ਠਗ ਆਇ ॥੬॥
