ਥਟਣਹਾਰੈ ਥਾਟੁ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਥਟਿਆ ॥

thattanahaarai thaatt aape hee thattiaa |

The Creator Lord created the Creation.

ਆਪੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਾਹੁ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਖਟਿਆ ॥

aape pooraa saahu aape hee khattiaa |

He Himself is the perfect Banker; He Himself earns His profit.

ਆਪੇ ਕਰਿ ਪਾਸਾਰੁ ਆਪੇ ਰੰਗ ਰਟਿਆ ॥

aape kar paasaar aape rang rattiaa |

He Himself made the expansive Universe; He Himself is imbued with joy.

ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਕੀਮ ਨ ਪਾਇ ਅਲਖ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਟਿਆ ॥

kudarat keem na paae alakh brahamattiaa |

The value of God's almighty creative power cannot be estimated.

ਅਗਮ ਅਥਾਹ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਪਰੈ ਪਰਟਿਆ ॥

agam athaah beant parai parattiaa |

He is inaccessible, unfathomable, endless, the farthest of the far.

ਆਪੇ ਵਡ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹੁ ਆਪਿ ਵਜੀਰਟਿਆ ॥

aape vadd paatisaahu aap vajeerattiaa |

He Himself is the greatest Emperor; He Himself is His own Prime Minister.

ਕੋਇ ਨ ਜਾਣੈ ਕੀਮ ਕੇਵਡੁ ਮਟਿਆ ॥

koe na jaanai keem kevadd mattiaa |

No one knows His worth, or the greatness of His resting place.

ਸਚਾ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਆਪਿ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਰਗਟਿਆ ॥੧॥

sachaa saahib aap guramukh paragattiaa |1|

He Himself is our True Lord and Master. He reveals Himself to the Gurmukh. ||1||
