ਪੂਤ ਪਿਤਾ ਕੇ ਸਿਰ ਦਈ ਪਿਤਾ ਪੂਤ ਸਿਰ ਮਾਹਿ ॥

poot pitaa ke sir dee pitaa poot sir maeh |

(In the melee) Even the father killed the son and the son killed the father,

ਇਸੀ ਭਾਤਿ ਸਭ ਕਟਿ ਮਰੇ ਰਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਭਟ ਕੋਊ ਨਾਹਿ ॥੨੬॥

eisee bhaat sabh katt mare rahiyo subhatt koaoo naeh |26|

And this way they all cut each other and no fighter was left behind.(26)
