ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪੈਰ ਸਕਾਰਥੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮਾਰਗਿ ਚਾਲ ਚਲੰਦੇ ।

guramukh pair sakaarathe guramukh maarag chaal chalande |

Blessed are the feet of the Sikhs who walk in Guru's way;

ਗੁਰੂ ਦੁਆਰੈ ਜਾਨਿ ਚਲਿ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਚਲਿ ਜਾਇ ਬਹੰਦੇ ।

guroo duaarai jaan chal saadhasangat chal jaae bahande |

Who go to the Gurudwara and sit their in the holy congregation;

ਧਾਵਨ ਪਰਉਪਕਾਰ ਨੋ ਗੁਰਸਿਖਾ ਨੋ ਖੋਜਿ ਲਹੰਦੇ ।

dhaavan praupakaar no gurasikhaa no khoj lahande |

Who search out the Guru's Sikhs and hasten to do them favours.

ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਪੰਥਿ ਨ ਧਾਵਨੀ ਮਾਇਆ ਵਿਚਿ ਉਦਾਸੁ ਰਹੰਦੇ ।

dubidhaa panth na dhaavanee maaeaa vich udaas rahande |

Worthy are the feet of the Silk's who do not go on the way of duality and possessing wealth remain indifferent to it.

ਬੰਦਿ ਖਲਾਸੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਰਲੇ ਕੇਈ ਹੁਕਮੀ ਬੰਦੇ ।

band khalaasee bandagee virale keee hukamee bande |

Few are the people who abide by the orders of the Supreme Commander, do Him homage and thus escape from their bonds;

ਗੁਰਸਿਖਾ ਪਰਦਖਣਾਂ ਪੈਰੀ ਪੈ ਰਹਰਾਸਿ ਕਰੰਦੇ ।

gurasikhaa paradakhanaan pairee pai raharaas karande |

Who adopt the custom of circumambulating the Guru's Sikhs and falling at their feet.

ਗੁਰ ਚੇਲੇ ਪਰਚੈ ਪਰਚੰਦੇ ।੧੩।

gur chele parachai parachande |13|

The Guru's Sikhs delight in such enjoyments.
