ਮੋਹਨ ਘਰਿ ਆਵਹੁ ਕਰਉ ਜੋਦਰੀਆ ॥

mohan ghar aavahu krau jodareea |

O my Fascinating Lord, I pray to You: come into my house.

ਮਾਨੁ ਕਰਉ ਅਭਿਮਾਨੈ ਬੋਲਉ ਭੂਲ ਚੂਕ ਤੇਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਚਿਰੀਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

maan krau abhimaanai bolau bhool chook teree pria chireea |1| rahaau |

I act in pride, and speak in pride. I am mistaken and wrong, but I am still Your hand-maiden, O my Beloved. ||1||Pause||

ਨਿਕਟਿ ਸੁਨਉ ਅਰੁ ਪੇਖਉ ਨਾਹੀ ਭਰਮਿ ਭਰਮਿ ਦੁਖ ਭਰੀਆ ॥

nikatt sunau ar pekhau naahee bharam bharam dukh bhareea |

I hear that You are near, but I cannot see You. I wander in suffering, deluded by doubt.

ਹੋਇ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਗੁਰ ਲਾਹਿ ਪਾਰਦੋ ਮਿਲਉ ਲਾਲ ਮਨੁ ਹਰੀਆ ॥੧॥

hoe kripaal gur laeh paarado milau laal man hareea |1|

The Guru has become merciful to me; He has removed the veils. Meeting with my Beloved, my mind blossoms forth in abundance. ||1||

ਏਕ ਨਿਮਖ ਜੇ ਬਿਸਰੈ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਜਾਨਉ ਕੋਟਿ ਦਿਨਸ ਲਖ ਬਰੀਆ ॥

ek nimakh je bisarai suaamee jaanau kott dinas lakh bareea |

If I were to forget my Lord and Master, even for an instant, it would be like millions of days, tens of thousands of years.

ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਕੀ ਭੀਰ ਜਉ ਪਾਈ ਤਉ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਸੰਗਿ ਮਿਰੀਆ ॥੨॥੧॥੨੪॥

saadhasangat kee bheer jau paaee tau naanak har sang mireea |2|1|24|

When I joined the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, O Nanak, I met my Lord. ||2||1||24||
