PAADARI STANZA :Now begins the description about Baches the fourth incarnation of Brahma

ਮਿਲਿ ਦੀਨ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਲਗੇ ਸੇਵ ॥

mil deen devataa lage sev |

ਬੀਤੇ ਸੌ ਬਰਖ ਰੀਝੇ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ॥

beete sau barakh reejhe guradev |

The lowly gods served the Lord for a hundred years, when he (the Guru-Lord) was pleased

ਤਬ ਧਰਾ ਰੂਪ ਬਾਚੇਸ ਆਨਿ ॥

tab dharaa roop baaches aan |

ਜੀਤਾ ਸੁਰੇਸ ਭਈ ਅਸੁਰ ਹਾਨਿ ॥੩॥

jeetaa sures bhee asur haan |3|

Then Brahma assumed the from of Baches, when Indra, the king of gods became the conqueror and the demons were defeated.3.

ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਧਰਾ ਚਤੁਰਥ ਵਤਾਰ ॥

eih bhaat dharaa chaturath vataar |

ਜੀਤਾ ਸੁਰੇਸ ਹਾਰੇ ਦਿਵਾਰ ॥

jeetaa sures haare divaar |

In way, the fourth incarnation manifested himself, on account of which Indra, conquered and the demons were defeated

ਉਠਿ ਦੇਵ ਸੇਵ ਲਾਗੇ ਸੁ ਸਰਬ ॥

autth dev sev laage su sarab |

ਧਰਿ ਨੀਚ ਨੈਨ ਕਰਿ ਦੂਰ ਗਰਬ ॥੪॥

dhar neech nain kar door garab |4|

Then all the gods relinquished their pried and served with him bowed eyes.4.
