DOHRA

ਤਾ ਤੇ ਦੇਵ ਇਕਤ੍ਰ ਹੁਐ ਮਥਯੋ ਸਮੁੰਦ੍ਰਹਿ ਜਾਇ ॥

taa te dev ikatr huai mathayo samundreh jaae |

Then all the gods gathered and churned the ocean,

ਰੋਗ ਬਿਨਾਸਨ ਪ੍ਰਜਾ ਹਿਤ ਕਢਯੋ ਧਨੰਤਰ ਰਾਇ ॥੪॥

rog binaasan prajaa hit kadtayo dhanantar raae |4|

And for the welfare of the subjects and destruction of their ailments, they acquired Dhanantar from the ocean.4.
