ਗਿਰਿ ਸੋ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਤ ਕ੍ਰੂਰ ਧੁਜ ਆਹਵ ਮੈ ਕਹੈ ਕਬਿ ਰਾਮ ਸਤ੍ਰ ਬਧ ਕੋ ਚਹਤ ਹੈ ॥

gir so dikhaaee det kraoor dhuj aahav mai kahai kab raam satr badh ko chehat hai |

Karurdhvaja seems like a mountain in the battlefield

ਸੁਨਿ ਰੇ ਸਕਤਿ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਰਿਯੋ ਜਿਉ ਸਮਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੈਸੇ ਹਉ ਹਨਿ ਹੋ ਤੂ ਹਮ ਸੋ ਖਹਤ ਹੈ ॥

sun re sakat singh maariyo jiau samar singh taise hau han ho too ham so khehat hai |

The poet Ram says that he is ready to kill the enemies and is saying, "O Shakti Singh! The manner in which I have killed Samar Singh, I shall kill you in the same manner, because you are fighting with me

ਐਸੇ ਕਹਿ ਗਦਾ ਗਹਿ ਬੜੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਛ ਕੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਲੀਨ ਅਸਿ ਪਾਨਿ ਅਉਰ ਸਸਤ੍ਰਨਿ ਸਹਤ ਹੈ ॥

aise keh gadaa geh barre brichh ke samaan leen as paan aaur sasatran sehat hai |

Saying thus, taking his mace and sword in his hand, he is enduring the blows of the enemy like a tree

ਬਹੁਰੋ ਪੁਕਾਰਿ ਦੈਤ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਹੈ ਨਿਹਾਰਿ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਤੋ ਮੈ ਕੋਊ ਘਰੀ ਪਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਰਹਤ ਹੈ ॥੧੩੦੦॥
