KABIT

ਜਬੈ ਦੈਤ ਆਯੋ ਮਹਾ ਮੁਖਿ ਚਵਰਾਯੋ ਜਬ ਜਾਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਯੋ ਮਨ ਕੀਨੋ ਵਾ ਕੇ ਨਾਸ ਕੋ ॥

jabai dait aayo mahaa mukh chavaraayo jab jaan har paayo man keeno vaa ke naas ko |

ਸਿੰਧ ਸੁਤਾ ਪਤਿ ਨੈ ਉਖਾਰ ਡਾਰੀ ਚੋਚ ਵਾ ਕੀ ਬਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਡਾਰਿਯੋ ਮਹਾਬਲੀ ਨਾਮ ਜਾਸ ਕੋ ॥

sindh sutaa pat nai ukhaar ddaaree choch vaa kee balee maar ddaariyo mahaabalee naam jaas ko |

ਭੂਮਿ ਗਿਰ ਪਰਿਯੋ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਦੁਟੂਕ ਮਹਾ ਮੁਖਿ ਵਾ ਕੋ ਤਾਕੀ ਛਬਿ ਕਹਿਬੇ ਕੋ ਭਯੋ ਮਨ ਦਾਸ ਕੋ ॥

bhoom gir pariyo hvai duttook mahaa mukh vaa ko taakee chhab kahibe ko bhayo man daas ko |

ਖੇਲਬੇ ਕੇ ਕਾਜ ਬਨ ਬੀਚ ਗਏ ਬਾਲਕ ਜਿਉ ਲੈ ਕੈ ਕਰ ਮਧਿ ਚੀਰ ਡਾਰੈ ਲਾਬੇ ਘਾਸ ਕੋ ॥੧੬੩॥

khelabe ke kaaj ban beech ge baalak jiau lai kai kar madh cheer ddaarai laabe ghaas ko |163|
