Sorat'h, Fifth Mehl:

ਤਾਪੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੇ ॥

taap gavaaeaa gur poore |

The Perfect Guru has dispelled the fever.

ਵਾਜੇ ਅਨਹਦ ਤੂਰੇ ॥

vaaje anahad toore |

The unstruck melody of the sound current resounds.

ਸਰਬ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਕੀਨੇ ॥

sarab kaliaan prabh keene |

God has bestowed all comforts.

ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਆਪਿ ਦੀਨੇ ॥੧॥

kar kirapaa aap deene |1|

In His Mercy, He Himself has given them. ||1||

ਬੇਦਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਆਪਿ ਗਵਾਈ ॥

bedan satigur aap gavaaee |

The True Guru Himself has eradicated the disease.

ਸਿਖ ਸੰਤ ਸਭਿ ਸਰਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

sikh sant sabh sarase hoe har har naam dhiaaee | rahaau |

All the Sikhs and Saints are filled with joy, meditating on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. ||Pause||

ਜੋ ਮੰਗਹਿ ਸੋ ਲੇਵਹਿ ॥

jo mangeh so leveh |

They obtain that which they ask for.

ਪ੍ਰਭ ਅਪਣਿਆ ਸੰਤਾ ਦੇਵਹਿ ॥

prabh apaniaa santaa deveh |

God gives to His Saints.

ਹਰਿ ਗੋਵਿਦੁ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਰਾਖਿਆ ॥

har govid prabh raakhiaa |

God saved Hargobind.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਚੁ ਸੁਭਾਖਿਆ ॥੨॥੬॥੭੦॥

jan naanak saach subhaakhiaa |2|6|70|

Servant Nanak speaks the Truth. ||2||6||70||
