ਹੋਇ ਨਿਮਾਣਾ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਧ੍ਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਪਾਇਆ ।

hoe nimaanaa bhagat kar guramukh dhraoo har darasan paaeaa |

By becoming humble only, Dhru could behold the Lord.

ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲੁ ਹੋਇ ਭੇਟਿਆ ਮਾਣੁ ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਆਪਿ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ।

bhagat vachhal hoe bhettiaa maan nimaane aap divaaeaa |

God, affectionate to the devotees, also embraced him and egoless Dhruv attained the highest glory.

ਮਾਤ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚਿ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ਵਾਸੁ ਅਗਾਸਿ ਚੜਾਇਆ ।

maat lok vich mukat kar nihachal vaas agaas charraaeaa |

In this mortal world he was granted liberation and then a stable place in the sky was given him.

ਚੰਦੁ ਸੂਰਜ ਤੇਤੀਸ ਕਰੋੜਿ ਪਰਦਖਣਾ ਚਉਫੇਰਿ ਫਿਰਾਇਆ ।

chand sooraj tetees karorr paradakhanaa chaufer firaaeaa |

Moon, sun and all the thirty three crores of angels circumambulate and revolve around him.

ਵੇਦ ਪੁਰਾਣ ਵਖਾਣਦੇ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਕਰਿ ਪਰਤਾਪੁ ਜਣਾਇਆ ।

ved puraan vakhaanade paragatt kar parataap janaaeaa |

His magnificence has been clearly described in the Vedas and Puranas.

ਅਬਿਗਤਿ ਗਤਿ ਅਤਿ ਅਗਮ ਹੈ ਅਕਥ ਕਥਾ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ਨ ਆਇਆ ।

abigat gat at agam hai akath kathaa veechaar na aaeaa |

The story of that unmanifest Lord is extremely mystical, indescribable and beyond all thoughts.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੁਖ ਫਲੁ ਅਲਖੁ ਲਖਾਇਆ ।੨੧।੪। ਚਾਰਿ ।

guramukh sukh fal alakh lakhaaeaa |21|4| chaar |

Only gurmukhs can have a glimpse of Him.
