ਹਮਾ ਰਾ ਸੀਨਾ ਬਿਰੀਆਨਸਤੋ ਬਿਰੀਆਨਸਤੋ ਬਿਰੀਆਨਸ਼ ।

hamaa raa seenaa bireeaanasato bireeaanasato bireeaanash |

ਦੋ ਆਲਮ ਬਹਿਰਿ ਆਣ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਹੈਰਾਣਸਤੋ ਹੈਰਾਨਸ਼ ।੪੧।੧।

do aalam bahir aan deedaar hairaanasato hairaanash |41|1|

Worldly guises is nothing short of blasphemy and paganism. (38)

ਜ਼ਿ ਖ਼ਾਕਿ ਕੂਇ ਤੂ ਕਾਣ ਸੁਰਮਾਇ ਅਹਿਲਿ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਬਾਸ਼ਦ ।

zi khaak kooe too kaan suramaae ahil nazar baashad |

O Maulavee! You should please tell us! How do the worldly lusts and

ਨਮੀ ਬਾਸ਼ਦ ਇਲਾਜੇ ਬਿਹ ਬਰਾਇ ਚਸ਼ਮਿ ਗਿਰੀਆਨਸ਼ ।੪੧।੨।

namee baashad ilaaje bih baraae chasham gireeaanash |41|2|

pleasures matter if we become negligent of the memory of Waaheguru? (In fact, without Akaalpurakh, they have no value at all and are worthless) (39)

ਮਹੋ ਖ਼ੁਰਸ਼ੀਦ ਗਿਰਦਿ ਕੂਇ ਊ ਗਰਦੰਦ ਰੂਜੌ ਸ਼ਬ ।

maho khurasheed girad kooe aoo garadand roojau shab |

The life of lust and pleasures is inevitably perishable;

ਅਜਾਇਬ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿ ਦੋ-ਆਲਮ ਹਸਤ ਅਹਿਸਾਨਸ਼ ।੪੧।੩।

ajaaeib rauashanee bakhash doaalam hasat ahisaanash |41|3|

However, a person with deep devotion and mastery of the Omnipresent is always alive. (40)

ਬ-ਹਰ ਸੂਇ ਕਿ ਮੀ ਬੀਨਮ ਜਮਾਲਸ਼ ਜਲਵਾਗਰ ਬਾਸ਼ਦ ।

baehar sooe ki mee beenam jamaalash jalavaagar baashad |

Saintly and worldly people are all His own creations,

ਜਹਾਣ ਆਸ਼ੁਫ਼ਤਾ ਓ ਸ਼ੈਦਾ ਮਦਾਮ ਅਜ਼ ਜ਼ੁਲਫਿ ਪਹਿਚਾਨਸ਼ ।੪੧।੪।

jahaan aashafataa o shaidaa madaam az zulaf pahichaanash |41|4|

And, all of them are obligated under His countless favors. (41)

ਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਜੇਬਿ ਜ਼ਮੀਣ ਪੁਰ ਲੂਲੂਇ ਲਾਲਾ ਜ਼ਿ ਅਸ਼ਕਿ ਮਨ ।

shudaa jeb zameen pur loolooe laalaa zi ashak man |

How great is the debt that we all owe to those devotees of Akaalpurakh

ਜਹਾਣ ਬਿਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾ ਅਮ ਗੋਯਾ ਬ ਯਾਦਿ ਲਾਅਲਿ ਖ਼ੰਦਾਨਕ ।੪੧।੫।

jahaan bigrafataa am goyaa b yaad laal khandaanak |41|5|

Who continue to educate themselves and receive instructions about the true love for Him. (42)
