ਰਾਨੀ ਬਾਤ ਚਿਤ ਮੈ ਰਾਖੀ ॥

raanee baat chit mai raakhee |

ਮੁਖ ਤੇ ਕਛੂ ਨ ਤਿਹ ਠਾ ਭਾਖੀ ॥

mukh te kachhoo na tih tthaa bhaakhee |

The Rani kept this indication in her heart; she did not raise her voice.

ਏਕ ਦੋਇ ਜਬ ਮਾਸ ਬਿਤਾਯੋ ॥

ek doe jab maas bitaayo |

ਆਨ ਰਾਵ ਸੋ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਨਾਯੋ ॥੫॥

aan raav so bachan sunaayo |5|

When a couple of months had passed, she came and told the Raja, (5)

ਸੁਨੁ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਮੈ ਸਿਵ ਪੂਜਨ ਗਈ ॥

sun nrip mai siv poojan gee |

ਬਾਨੀ ਮੋਹਿ ਤਹਾ ਤੈ ਭਈ ॥

baanee mohi tahaa tai bhee |

‘Listen my Raja, I had gone to prey for Shiva and I was endowed with celestial utterance.

ਏਕ ਬਾਤ ਐਸੀ ਬਹਿ ਜੈਹੈ ॥

ek baat aisee beh jaihai |

ਸਭ ਕੋ ਭੋਗ ਕਰਤ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟੈ ਹੈ ॥੬॥

sabh ko bhog karat drisattai hai |6|

‘It said, “Who-so-ever comes here, every body, will indulge with him in sex-play.”(6)
