Pauree:

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਜਿਨੀ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਸੇ ਕੜਿ ਨ ਸਵਾਹੀ ॥

satigur jinee dhiaaeaa se karr na savaahee |

Those who meditate on the True Guru shall not be burnt to ashes.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਜਿਨੀ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਸੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਅਘਾਹੀ ॥

satigur jinee dhiaaeaa se tripat aghaahee |

Those who meditate on the True Guru are satisfied and fulfilled.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਜਿਨੀ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਤਿਨ ਜਮ ਡਰੁ ਨਾਹੀ ॥

satigur jinee dhiaaeaa tin jam ddar naahee |

Those who meditate on the True Guru are not afraid of the Messenger of Death.

ਜਿਨ ਕਉ ਹੋਆ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁ ਹਰਿ ਸੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪੈਰੀ ਪਾਹੀ ॥

jin kau hoaa kripaal har se satigur pairee paahee |

Those upon whom the Lord showers His Mercy, fall at the Feet of the True Guru.

ਤਿਨ ਐਥੈ ਓਥੈ ਮੁਖ ਉਜਲੇ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਗਹ ਪੈਧੇ ਜਾਹੀ ॥੧੪॥

tin aithai othai mukh ujale har daragah paidhe jaahee |14|

Here and hereafter, their faces are radiant; they go to the Lord's Court in robes of honor. ||14||
