Fifth Mehl:

ਕਥੜੀਆ ਸੰਤਾਹ ਤੇ ਸੁਖਾਊ ਪੰਧੀਆ ॥

katharreea santaah te sukhaaoo pandheea |

The sayings of the Saints are the paths of peace.

ਨਾਨਕ ਲਧੜੀਆ ਤਿੰਨਾਹ ਜਿਨਾ ਭਾਗੁ ਮਥਾਹੜੈ ॥੨॥

naanak ladharreea tinaah jinaa bhaag mathaaharrai |2|

O Nanak, they alone obtain them, upon whose foreheads such destiny is written. ||2||
