ਜਾਨਿ ਪਯਾਨ ਬਿਛੋਹ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾਨ ਕੇ ਛੋਭ ਬਡ︀ਯੋ ਉਰ ਭੀਤਰ ਭਾਰੀ ॥

jaan payaan bichhoh triyaan ke chhobh baddayo ur bheetar bhaaree |
