ਭਾਤਿ ਭਾਤਿ ਮਾਰੂ ਬਜੇ ਮੰਡੇ ਸੁਭਟ ਰਨ ਆਇ ॥

bhaat bhaat maaroo baje mandde subhatt ran aae |

Bugles of death were sounded and the heroes came laced with the fighting attires and holding spears and bows and arrows.

ਅਮਿਤ ਬਾਨ ਬਰਛਾ ਭਏ ਰਹਤ ਪਵਨ ਉਰਝਾਇ ॥੧੨॥

amit baan barachhaa bhe rehat pavan urajhaae |12|

They all assembled in the fighting fields.(12)
