ਚੋਰ ਬਚਨ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਸੁਨਿ ਧਾਏ ॥

chor bachan sabh hee sun dhaae |

ਕਾਢੇ ਖੜਗ ਰਾਇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਆਏ ॥

kaadte kharrag raae prat aae |

Others too heard the call of “thief” and came out with their swords.

ਕੂਕਿ ਕਹੈ ਤੁਹਿ ਜਾਨ ਨ ਦੈਹੈ ॥

kook kahai tuhi jaan na daihai |

ਤੁਹਿ ਤਸਕਰ ਜਮਧਾਮ ਪਠੈ ਹੈ ॥੩॥

tuhi tasakar jamadhaam patthai hai |3|

People shouted at him and expressed that he should be sent to the hell.(3)
